This is the second time the employees are unprofessional snippy and extremely rude because they have a customer and have to work it's horrible. The young man you could tell with the eye rolling and attitude as I was ordering this is the last time my family and friends ever go here also I informed there corporate of this. I will definitely be giving my business elsewhere what a shame.

There are two employees working tonight. A young girl and a young boy. The girl is working her ass off the boy is dragging ass so hard and leaving his coworker hanging so bad. Have a better attitude or find a different job. You would hope management would do something about this. 9/17/24 7:14

The young lady that made our sandwiches did a great job. Perfect and not messy.
All the associates work ethic is beyond unprofessional and disturbing. Which means that the Manager is just as unprofessional and doesn’t care about good customer service or keeping the food fresh at all times. I was just there and I’m so uncomfortable with the service and the fact that the vegetables weren’t fresh and obviously needed to be thrown away that I can’t even eat the sandwich I purchased! The associates look and treat you like you’re a burden and Barely put any meat on the sandwich. Either get someone to run the business correctly or just shut it down completely.

The young man who waited on me was very unprofessional and non inviting. He didn't smile once, and body language and tone was less than welcoming.The bread wasn't fresh, and I don't know if it was just this location, but the vegetable offerings weren't up to par.I'd drive further down the highway to another Subway NXT time I'm traveling.

Tables were filthy.Stuff all over floor.Girls didn't want to be there and it showed through their lack of service and professionalism.Only had wheat bread and wraps...really???How about instead of standing around doing NOTHING bake some bread.It's 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday, you close at 9:00 p.m. it's Dinner time...Well, you get the picture.Subway must be hard up and desperate to hire these girls, who were on their phone, doing their nails and complaining about the place in front of customers.Never again.NOT THIS PLACE ANYWAY.We love Subway, been going there for years, I'll bet the franchise owners of this place will never see this complaint.P.S.This Subway is located inWESTFIELD WI.This incident happened 10-07-20236:00p.m.

The two young girls were very rude. If the item says 2x the cheese I shouldn't have to ask for it and then when I ordered two 6"subs and 1 bag of chips and it comes to $22.75 and I have to tell them it's wrong amount they give $2.00 and some change. I tell them that is still not right she tells me it's correct and nothing she can do. They ripped me off of $4.00. Don't go here.

I went to get subway and it was 8:37pm and they already had the doors closed already. They ran to the back so i tried the door and phone, Didn't answer the door or phone. Been having problems for a while now with stuff like this. Would not recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would. Attitude terrible as

If you count 5 pieces of bacon on a footlong a rip off then avoid westfield subway. When I asked for a little bit more they got sassy and charged for double meat for 5 more pieces. People were also to busy gossiping to care.
