I contacted this cake shop within 2 weeks of when I needed my specialty cake - she handled every little detail and it turned out better than I expected and the red velvet cake was delicious - i would highly recommend The Knocke Shoppe and will go to her again if i need any cakes in the future!!!!!!! FANTASTIC and her price was extremely reasonable.

We chose to work with the Knock Shoppe for our wedding cake in 2022. We wanted a *real* wedding cake, in all its entirety, and we not only found that in the Knock Shoppe, but we were able to have a wide variety of flavors to offer our guests. We chose the “Antoinette” and it was absolutely stunning. The cake display was a centerpiece decor on our wedding floor, and was eye-candy to look at. It was stunning, and we loved that every detail of our wedding felt authentic and accounted for. The cakes themselves were so good, that we even asked Joanne to make us a cake for our anniversary, of our favorite flavor. Working with Joanne from start to finish was a very good experience! Joanne is honest, helpful, professional, and a salt of the earth kind of person. The cake tasting experience was so much fun, and all of her cake displays so unique. It elevated the aesthetic of the wedding even more, having this beautiful cake display on our wedding floor. We were very pleased with all the work she did for us, and would highly recommend Joanne and The Knock Shoppe to anyone for their wedding or event. 5 stars!

Her cakes can be put together in a modern or chic. I just saw her at a recent wedding - they had four teared cake with lights and fountain. It was absolutely stunning. A real eye catcher.
