A frequent stop when traveling across country but disappointed this visit. Ordered promptly, food cooked quickly however dining area and whole restaurant were filthy and needs deep cleaning. Bad hygiene employees, chicken rubbery, sloppy Djon mustard wrap/too much dressing/buns sticky, overcooked curly fries and chicken. One crispy chicken sandwich good. Outside landscaping , windows. awnings filthy.

$15 for a five piece chicken strip meal the strips were no bigger than my thumb they were raw in the inside. French fries were cold. The only thing that was good was the mellow yellow I love stopping at Arby’s, but not no more.

Was the drive thru even open? I was in line and NO ONE came on the speaker to say I’ll be right with you etc. Truck in front of me was at payment window. More cars lined up behind me. Once the truck in front of me finally got their food I was able to follow him out of there. No order was given. I won’t be back.
The food was good, but the service was slow. That may have been due to short staff during a rush at the drive-through.

I got asked 3 times if i wanted cheese on my sandwich, and I told them NO each time. I get home with my meal and what do I find their disgusting cheese all over it. Not even worth eating
