Staff seemed distracted. Our order was wrong. Asked for no mayo. Got mayo. Charged for 8 poppers. Got 5. Chicken in Crispy chicken sandwich was rubbery and room temp. EVERY table is dirty and sticky. The floors are sticky everywhere. Could smell the dirty bathrooms before we got into the restaurant.Guess we should have known better going to an Arby’s attached to a gas station.

The female working the register was polite & did everything in a timely manner. I tried something new off of the menu. It was delicious. I am sad about the prices going up, but infatuation is crazy everywhere.

I was waiting for my food and watched the girl back making the food literally cough into everyone’s orders. Like a disgusting cough not cover her mouth or excuse herself. I said something to the girl that took my order and she basically blew it off saying she was sorry, said nothing to her and kept going on with the drive through another patron and I asked for refunds because it was getting really gross Madchen was her name and when she came to do the refund she was extremely sarcastic and rude to us

waited over 10 min to order than waited another 10-15 min for food took to long so i had to go back to work n then they took forever on the refund
Horrible experience. When ordering the worker had to ask several times for me to restate what I ordered because they were not by the register. Why would you take an order if you are not able to be by the register to punch it into? Had to pull around to wait for crinkle fries. Noticed we were missing an item in our bag. Never got receipt so didn't know if we were even charged for it. Pulled back around and they said it was in the fryer. After we left notice that we were shorted a piece of the mac n cheese order that we had to wait for. Was suppose to be 6 only received 5 pieces. Once we ate the fries, the item we had to initially wait for, they weren't cooked fully. Cold and hard on the inside.

Breakfast served here. It's the first one I have come across. Breakfast food only so-so, but the staff and speedy service make everything worthwhile. The pepper sauce offered with breakfast really brings out a unique flavor.
