Sign up to be a rewards member and you can rack up points for free coffee and you get a free any size drink for your birthday that expires a week after your birthday NOT on the same day 😮 (which I just used mine and 4 days after my birthday 😉). It probably took me a year to sign up and wish I did it sooner. Need to take advantage of these perks! 👍 Stop going to Starbucks and go to Caribou. 😄

The customer service was great however the food and drink I got were disgusting. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit seemed undercooked and greasy, and the Carmel high rise cooler had a odd taste like the blender wasn't cleaned properly or something.
