The customer service was great however the food and drink I got were disgusting. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit seemed undercooked and greasy, and the Carmel high rise cooler had a odd taste like the blender wasn't cleaned properly or something.

For years I was a Biggby loyal, since Caribou moved in, I've switched to Weston drive thru lol. Few weeks back one of the baristas had informed me that hazelnut flavor is getting 86ed to make room for lavender. EWWWW! Hazelnut is pretty much a staple for a coffee shop. I only order the Hazelnut Oatmilk shaken espresso, upwards up to 5x a week if I am in need. LOL! Please keep that flavor!!

Whenever I am in the area, I make sure to patronize this Caribou Coffee shop. The individuals at this store are always polite, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I am so glad Caribou is finally in this market and I hope they intend to expand. Have been a long time Caribou Coffee drinker dating back to my time in the Twin Cities.
