i ordered a large matcha today and it's not even half full, and most of what's in this is foam. this isn't new either, half the time when i go to this dunkin i get large or medium drinks that are barely even half full or WAYYYY less than half full when i get less ice, which would be excusable if it was an inch or half off the top with less ice but its a half cup of liquid missing!!! then i see the employees with their own drinks filled to the brim. it's ridiculous.

I am giving a 1 star because we were given a drink with spoiled milk. The manager was amazing so I am giving a 2nd star and did offer to fix it (we drove through town and don't live remotely near the area). However this has forever ruined my experience with Dunkin and I will never go to one ever again.... My friend got horrificly sick and I tried to to make sure it was bad and it was very spoiled. Never again.

this dunkin is downright terrible. the last several times i’ve made the mistake of ordering from there, either their coffee is made horrendously, or they forget/get my order wrong without fail.
Why are the bagel so tough? I thought my teeth were going to fall out. Also asked for cream and sugar in my coffee and got black coffee. Very disappointed and wasted money ordering from there this morning.

Today is the last time I go here. They usually get our order wrong 33% of the time but we just put up with it. They have no problem asking for tips before you even get your order. Today I ordered: 1 sausage egg and cheese on a muffin 1 turkey egg and cheese on a muffin 1 cold brew 1 decaf vanilla latte
What we got: 2 sausage egg and cheese on a muffin 1 cold brew 1 large hot black coffee . . .
Ridiculous.

When I arrived the girl sweeping the floor just stared at me and didn't say anything. The young man being the counter looked at me, didn't say anything, rolled his eyes and then started my order, still with out speaking to me. I asked him a question and he ignored me, so I said excuse me again. He finally acknowledged me and answered my question. This isn't the first time that staff has been rude at this Dunkin. Good food but horrible service.
