When I arrived the girl sweeping the floor just stared at me and didn't say anything. The young man being the counter looked at me, didn't say anything, rolled his eyes and then started my order, still with out speaking to me. I asked him a question and he ignored me, so I said excuse me again. He finally acknowledged me and answered my question. This isn't the first time that staff has been rude at this Dunkin. Good food but horrible service.

I love Dunkin’! A favorite is the avocado toast and the Baskin Robbins Jamoca almond Fudge ice cream at the Wausau location. Cream-filled donuts are tasty and the staff is always friendly there!

Food is disgusting, every time I ask for something toasted it never is, hash browns are tater tots that are soggy and just nasty. Eggs have no flavor and have a strange taste (not even sure it’s an actual egg) the bacon is cooked in a way that you have to chew it forever…all around just do not recommend food from this place they need to stick to their drinks and stop trying to be a food business.

They started asking for tips at the drive through before you receive your coffee which makes zero sense so I just won't return. Tipping culture has gotten insane.

This place is all about the donuts. The donuts were absolutely delicious. Their breakfast foods sucked was basically just microwaved. None of the tables were washed or cleaned. Floors unswept and booth like chairs at crumbs and sprinkles everywhere. Staff were friendly and even replaced a donut for us because they gave us a cream donut instead of a lemon donut.
When they get your order right and don't get grounds in the coffee they're great, but those things shouldn't happen nearly as much as they do. Check your sandwich before you drive away - especially if you order it differently than how it's normally made. I always order white cheddar on mine which costs extra, and they mess up and make it with American cheese at least one out of every 4 times. Once at the Rib Mtn Dunkin (same owners I believe) when I noticed it while still in the driveway thru and asked them to correct it, another employee who I assume was a manager came to the window and explained they would be nice and put white cheddar on it this time but for future reference it costs more and I need to select it in the app when ordering. I told her that I did that and paid extra for it and had to show her the receipt from my app order to prove it to her. So back to my original point - check your order accuracy before you leave because it's probably wrong.

JUST WOW! I could not be more impressed, my experience here was easily a 10000000/10. Ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher and a vanilla donut, donut tasted EXTREMELY fresh, refresher was refreshing and delicious! Employees were the kindest people I’ve ever met, less than 2 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I was out. I recommend this dunking to anyone looking for high quality food and drinks, and kind employees who truly care, and exceed the expectations! Thank you Dunkin for making my day!
