12/23/25 Avoid this location!!!! Stopped here last night for some sandwiches, now my wife and I are sick. The wife has to be taken to the ER. I Will be filling out a complaint later today.

The place is great and the staff is very nice. My only disappointment is that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with hot peppers but didn’t receive the hot peppers. As someone who moved from the Midwest while ago, I was really looking forward to this meal — especially the hot peppers

The management here makes the employees empty the trash receptacle in the bathrooms with their hands. I mean, there are no trash bags, they literally have to pull the trash out with their hands. Wait until a junkie shoots up in your bathroom and dumps his needle under some of the trash, like in the bigger cities. I cannot for the life of me think that the management here would allow such a thing.

Impressive to see three employees, happen to be all young men, working at their positions throughout the process, like a well oiled machine. Customer service was prompt and dining area clean! Need more operations around the country like this!

Went through the drive thru today and Dylan was great. Very friendly and professional!
First time ever trying Jimmy johns. Ordered online for pick up a club lulu and roast beef bourbon club with sides of potato salad and pesto pasta. The sides were of small portions, the potato salad was even smaller as it was only 3/4 full with 1/4 missing. The sandwiches were bare and had only one or two pieces of the requested veggie add ons (excluding lettuce). The sandwiches were wet and dripping. Worst of all, since the meal i have been having stomach aches and using the bathroom multiple times.
Overall, for a first timer i wouldn't recommend jimmy johns as a whole and question how they are still in business today.

Ordered 10 min before close with a skeleton crew in tow. The short haired boy who helped me at the register was very attentive and downright impeccable their job. What a fantastic place to satisfy your needs ✨️.
