The delivery driver that brought me my food tonight is such an amazing, sweet person! She knows me by name. I feel horrible because I do not know/remember her name. She is out of the Weston, WI store and is such a sweet person. I would definitely tip her more, if I knew she was my delivery driver,... every time. I seriously hope she gets to see this review. She deserves to hear how much she is appreciated for her caring personality. Plus, I would love to be able to call her by name. She deserves to be paid very well for who she is and how she makes her customers feel,... like family. I will definitely tip her sufficiently, just for being the amazing person she is. Thank you for just being such a nice human being, young lady, as well as the best delivery driver I have ever experienced. I spent 20-30 minutes just trying to place an order over the phone using credits on my account from and order that took 1hr and 45min to show up cold. I've worked at pizza hut locations, it's not that hard, the credits are on my account when you pull up my phone number.

My pizza is always cold. And you guys always forget my 2 liter. Yesterday I gave pizzahut another chance and driver claimed he couldn't find my apartment and got lost and I paid for extra cheese and don't think it was added to my pizza my pizza was cold. I will only do carryout now and HOPE you guys add the extra cheese.....

Quality pizza in a timely fashion.If you are looking for table service or fountain soda this is NOT the pizza hut for you.Now with that said, the people who took my order and served my pizza was extremely friendly.It was very clean inside when I was there. No accounting for tomorrows crew.

The tables were all dirty, Please staff told us they didn't have batteries for the remote to turn up the television. So we could hear what was on while we waited for our pizza. Fortunately the pizza was Great!
Service was terrible, I can see why Pizza Hut wants the majority of its orders to be placed on its App as their in person customer service skills are seriously lacking. Had the 18 traditional wings for $23.99. Asked to have 2 different sauces split 50/50 and was told "No, we don't do that because it messes up inventory". When did Pizza Hut start telling their PAYING customers NO for something as simple as having 2 sauces for a $24 order of Wings? Also had a dbl order of breadsticks. Food was excellent, service and attitude from cashier was terrible. All said and done our bill was 47$ and $50 with a 3.00 tip (which cashier definitely didnt deserve). Come on Pizza Hut, you can train and have higher expectations for your employees. Also, we were the ONLY guests in the restaurant for a whole hour.

I doordashed a large 16 inch pepperoni pizza and even payed an extra $3 for extra pepperoni and got a grand total of 6 pepperoni. The crust was paper thin and instead of being gooey and warm it was hard and cold. Quite literally crunches when you bite it. I attempted to call Pizza Hut and when I began to explain what was wrong they proceeded to hang up on me not once but twice. I am livid and wanted not a refund but a discount or even a simple apology. While I was on hold I noticed the lady said every pizza is made with perfection, however I am NOT blown away.

Pizza tasteless toppings could not find them pan style I don't think so crust was thin. I had to put my own pizza sauce on. Tombstone frozen pizza has more flavor. I won't buy anymore pizzas from PIZZA YUK!!! I wasted 40.00 dollars. They should send me a check. 2 pizza not worth $0.50Beckie
