Did a Door Dash. Potato's were under cooked and for a family order there only around twenty on a family order, Chicken was delicious but we were shorted two pieces.We don't get over there very often, doing the door dash way is definitely not the solution.

Came in to Pizza Ranch today for my daughter's birthday meal. Matt was an absolute gentleman and extra helpful. Super outgoing and friendly with everyone. Went out of his way to get my daughter what she wanted. Made out experience out of this world!

3 people looked out at the line of people waiting to pay and be get their 1 cup to start the dinner. Pizza selection was small and lacking. Regular buffet was full and hot. Deserts were good and quickly stocked. Ice cream was creamy. And the best worker was cleaning tables and being friendly with the customers. He was the only one we really noticed that was trying to make the experience good for everyone,(sorry sir forgot to get your name) 2 adults and 2kids $70+… lot more than expected… few recommendations for the owner would be… more pizza selection than regular selection, it is a pizza place after all… let the customers get their cups as they need to. Handing out cups and having customers refill the same cup over and over is a germ spread situation. And I didn’t see anyone clean the soda machine for cups that were touching mouths.. and finally, don’t make people wait to pay. Any of those 3 people that poked their heads out should have gotten the right person in front of the register before we even got to it.. take a field trip to the PizzaRanch in Marshfield. They are running a great place.

I editing my review since my first vist 9 months ago... th food has gone down slightly and their is 1 elderly female bust person who is always short and slightly rude to me and my wife...
Pizza taste very bland, chicken is barely cooked, everything taste like hospital food and it's over priced for what is available. This place has sure gone down hill fast. Place(floors/tables) is/are disgusting. This place has such small amount of choices is laughable. I highly doubt I'll ever spend another $1 here, even the cheap Chinese buffet has more to offer.

Well I gave it 2 times for a bad review but after this I don't think we will be back. My family comes from over an hour away to meet family here for games and dinner with some frequency. The amount of times I've heard the pushy employee exclaim I don't care if they fire me probably explains the atmosphere here. This is the 2nd time we've visited and had rude staff either on the restaurant floor or in the game room. How much has my family been here or spends per trip since the game room addition? A decent amount as we were the 1st winner of the PS5 id say. I personally can't even eat the food due to allergies and still had always had a good experience but these last few times the last few months have not been and the staffs been particularly rude about my not eating despite my statements it's allergies.

Food is like it usually is. Good. Some of the chicken was over cooked and looked burned. But there was no desserts out. 2 slices of what looked like dried out pizza dessert. Asked the lady cleaning the tables if they were going to be putting anything out. She said yes. We waited 20 minutes and still nothing. So we left. Very disappointed because we brought in someone who was never there before. They were looking forward to trying the desserts.
Good food, good atmosphere. Will be back.
