I am giving 5 stars because I love Pizza Ranch but I have been very disappointed the last few times I have been there. The variety of pizzas were lacking & fresh pizzas were already cold when placed on the buffet.

The general manager is rude to his employees when they ask for their termination papers and the corporate number. My husband and I will no longer support this business as we are not comfortable seeing such disrespect from him towards his employees. Also I would like to add that I would never recommend anyone apply to work here as they do not train their new hires how the dish washing process is done among other tasks.

I have been to many of the pizza ranch restaurants. As usual they have great quality food, and seating. I went into the arcade and it is HUGE! There is a super wide variety of games, and ducks. I will say the food selection could've been a little bigger, but there wasn't much room for it so it won't effect my review.
The chicken was too dry and overcooked. Not up to Pizza Ranch standards. Not crispy, just hard.

Food selection is always good. I enjoyed the herring at the salad bar. They even had loaded mash potatoes! It's nice when they change it up! Very personable manager! They now have a Kid's Zone Arcade in the back!!Kid-friendliness: They have favorite foods for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessability.
Tonight was busy. I understand that. But I’m kind of worried for the future of this business by witnessing the amount of disorganization and rudeness of some of the workers. It was an absolute mess in there. Nothing on the buffet that cost me $81 for my family. No salad, no dressings, no pizzas, no ice cream no dessert. When I asked for more ranch the lady informed me she’s deaf, so I asked another worker. (mind you the lady who told me she was deaf seemed to be the only one busting her butt in there) the girl who got the ranch literally slammed the bottle in the salad case and made me drop my salad that I had started 10 minutes before while waiting on toppings and dressing. The arcade was cool the pizza (the couple slices was able to get) was ok. But my lord it was a disaster for a dining experience

I called an hour and a half before coming and the person on the phone was not very friendly. I asked about gluten free pizzas and he informed me to call a half hour before coming. Which is what I did. When I called back an hour later, a female answered the phone and I explained I called earlier about the party and I needed to order a gluten free pizza. She said "Oh MY God " and slammed the phone down. After she picked the phone up she said " Okay. What do you need now?" I asked if there was a problem and she said they were busy.There is NEVER a reason to treat someone that way. A paying customer.When we arrived, they were not ready for us, the staff wad NOT friendly and everyone was done eating before my daughter's gluten free pizza was done.We have been to several Pizza Ranch's and have NEVER been treated this way. We were in town for a bowling tournament and will NEVER be back.To top it off, the first person I talked to was the manager.I work in customer service and we all have bad days, but you don't ever take your frustrations out on your customers!

When we walked in no one was at the front. We came in an hour before closing and waited 15 minutes for someone to come and help us. we had three workers come out of the kitchen and all of them looked at us and just left.

Had a great experience here tonight with my dance team. We had 13 in our group and the manager opened up a side room for us so we could all sit together, even though we didn't call ahead. Food was great and very fresh! My team loved the fun zone as well!! Staff was great with checking on us frequently to clear plates as well!! Thank you from the Cameron High School Dance Team for a wonderful experience!!?
