QDOBA Mexican Eats

I work down the road from this place and every time I go I'm more disappointed than the last. It's always dirty and unorganized. One time they charged me twice for chips and queso and I went back up to the counter to get a refund and they just wanted to give me another order. No, lol. I don't need two full orders of chips and queso. Then the person behind the counter admitted they didn't know how to issue a refund. Ok, than just say that, I get it's hard to keep a staff in fast food nowadays but just say that and get some help. Last time I went the soda machine didn't work, which maybe wasn't all that bad since when it is working it's disgusting and the counter next to it is no better. The high top table next to it always has staff drinks and food on it, unprofessional to say the least. Also last time they had all the chairs put up like they didn't want you to sit at the tables. The new chipotle in rib mountain can't open soon enough. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food is usually ok.

Have severe food poisoning right now. I know it's Qdoba because it's all I've ate today, and it settled in a few hours after eating it. I loved the food here, but I won't be going here again anytime soon after today.

Service and food are wonderful almost every time I go! The manager (I’m assuming - the older gentleman who seems to be there frequently) is absolutely wonderful and such a kind person! One of my favorites!

Just gross, the people, the management every single thing, except Derek, he's the only reason I come back. He's a ray of sunshine who is literally the only person in the entire place who seems to care about the customers. I cringe when I get a doordash and see he isn't there, I know the order will take forever I will have to deal with Beeeeeeeeennnnnn.

I am from out of town and was hesitant to visit after reading reviews but the inside was clean, staff friendly, and food was fresh and tasted great!

Everything went great

The food is good when it doesn't have hair in it and when it doesn't taste expired. The place is very understaffed and its their fault they don't give out the full schedule and then fire the new hires when they don't come into work because they didn't know they worked those days. The place is very dirty especially the bathrooms it horrid. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This particular location always has hot and great tasting good, yet it is always soooo dirty! Never clean tables, mess everywhere. So. .if you don't look around, it's great. Definitely needs work in the cleanliness area as it is a turn off for wanting to eat there!

Qdoba in Weston. I want to give a shout out to the man working alone in the gray hoodie today around 12:50. You did a fantastic job considering you had no absolutely no help. This guy deserves a big raise for dealing with all the customers and online orders. Other customers and I could see he was overwhelmed and doing his best. This place is in dire need of new management. It has drastically gone down hill in the past year +. These poor employees need help! And hire someone to clean the building!

I came and got two burritos that were made to perfection. The customer service was amazing and friendlyl Lilly and Peyton. Did an amazing job on my burritos will definitely be coming back again!
