We were there on Saturday, January 10th. The couple behind the counter were very unprofessional. Meat was out on the counter by the slicer the whole time we were there. Not a clean atmosphere.
This was the worst Subway I’ve ever been to the employee was obviously aggravated. Refused to take the bread out of the middle and told me that her owner told her she could not do it. Then the owner walked in and I asked him and he said he never told her that she then got out of line and told another employee to take care of me obviously, she didn’t want to that she was wrong and flustered instead of apologizing.

This is the poorest Subway I have ever been to. Can't get a breakfast sub at 9 am do to not wanting to bring eggs out .

I’ve been to countless subways in my travels and this is the absolute worst one I have ever encountered. The employee clearly pissed off I am ordering food. Slops the meat onto the sandwich, never asks if I want it toasted then when I asked for toasted they literally put it in the oven for 5 secs and pull it out. The only vegetable not brown or soggy was the tomatoes. The owner clearly doesn’t care about how this shop is ran or looks. Absolute trash I should’ve have walked out and went to one of the better ones down the road.

When I picked up my order I noticed that the drinks weren't where i can see them and i asked the person that gave me the bag, if the drinks were in the bag. And she gave me in attitude saying they are all in there.

Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The lady came out of the bathroom and I greeted her, she didn’t say not say anything back. She did not ask me any questions on bread or type of sandwich, she just stared at me until I told her. I had to ask her to toast my sandwich. When it came to the veggies, they were not stocked and nor did they look good. Mind you this was at 9am when they opened. Not a good experience whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered online for a 930 AM pick up. I arrived shortly after and saw my order on the back counter. I waited a bit while the worker assisted a customer. I told her I had an online order and could see it was on the back counter. She proceeds to tell me she has to finish what she is doing first. So I waited until she was finished with the customer, she checked him out and then she proceeded to continue making two other subs which I assume were online orders as I was the only one in the restaurant. I asked her if she was going to give me my order and she says “ per my meager I have to finish these orders first”. I said you had your gloves off to check out the other customer and you can’t hand me the order when you walk by it?? She wouldn’t give me it ! Said I wasn’t allowed behind the counter to get it myself . I just left and said I would be in touch with the manager for a reimbursement. I couldn’t believe it. And the funny thing is…..when going to subway website the customer service link does not work!

One of the worst subways I've been too. The male Employees acted like he was a pro at making a sandwich.. but in fact he did not know anything.. he never washed his hands I recommend going somewhere else.. they want 20 a hour and still cant make a sandwich what is this world coming to

Came in 10 minutes after opening, probably took them 10 minutes or more to realize I was there. Then I was told it would be another half hour or so before they would be ready to serve. Wouldn't even come out from the back to acknowledge.

This location is incredibly slow. We went to get subs with only two people in front of us and it took 45 minutes. Only one lady working & she was nice but had no sense of urgency. (She stated her fiancé had to leave to go help her mom at one point.) It was like watching the sloths working at the DMV scene in Zootopia, painful. Then, to top it off she goes to scan our coupon (3 footlongs for $17.99 which we had presented in the beginning as the sign stated & she okayed. She even clarified we couldn’t get the Beast with that coupon.) and she states the coupon isn’t valid at this store. We showed her again that it says valid at ALL U.S. locations and she stated her boss won’t take coupons that aren’t local. Even though they literally say “All U.S. locations.” So we didn’t get a sandwich we wanted, it took 45 mins for her to make our subs, and it costs $15 more than it was supposed to. Never going to this Subway again & warning our friends that live nearby. This killed it.

Never have I ever had this level of disrespect with customer service. I just picked up an online order for 12:15pm and I was there by 12:10. I did not see the pick up bag on the side for pick up but I could see one behind the counter. This worker, a women, was helping an elderly women make two sandwiches and did not look or address me AT ALL even when I asked if that is my pick up order bag. She would only talk to this older women and make side glances at her while stating, “yah, you know… we have had a lot of people steal orders from this location so now we have to keep all the bag behind the counter because of all the thieves. I am only one person working right now so I really can do only so much.”
She then spent over 15 minutes assisting this older women make two sandwiches while completely ignoring me and waited until this women was checked out/ got her drink before looking at me. I gave her my name and then she finally gave me my pick up bag while staring, “sorry for the wait. It has been busy.” I WAS ONLY THE SECOND PERSON SHE WAS TO HELP WITH NO OTHER PICK UP ORDERS!
These have to be the worse sandwich I’ve ever ordered. We pretty much wasted our money at this place. They were short on meat and the veggies were terrible. In the picture is the green peppers we got. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend getting subs from here.

Was nice and clean wasn't too busy at the time The service was friendly and helpful. And it was in flavorful sub sandwich. Wanted something lite so I had the Italian bread and the vegetable sub. Turn south on camp Phillips road from the hwy 29 exit. At the first stop lights behind the gas station.

Second time I’ve felt with this unpleasant lady that works there. I went in very hungry this time and ordered 1 6”sub for my son, a cheese pizza for my daughter with extra cheese and planned on ordering myself a foot long sub with extras. She said I can’t put extra cheese on the pizza, the new owners won’t allow it. I said just charge for extra cheese, I’ll pay for it. She said it’s not allowed and she’s not getting fired over it. My only thought was you won’t be working here long with this customer service. Very rude, and had an attitude like it was inconvenient for me to order food “on both occasions”. I said whatever I’ll just take a plain cheese pizza the way it comes, and refused to order myself anything. Reading other reviews on here today shows I’m probably not the only person that’s had to be an inconvenience to this employee. Will not be returning until it has new owners again. BTW this is my 3rd boycott of this location. Last 2 we’re because of lack of product and employees clearly being on something while working. $5 foot long to $14 foot long in 10 years. Maybe it’s time to stop eating subway entirely.

The female that was working on March 21st around 8pm Had horrible customer service she huffed when we came in and started talking crap then when we went to eat our subs they weren't cut at all and when I called and asked why they weren't cut she had stated that they were super busy but when we walked in she was counting down her drawer. Refused to greet us when we came in and left won't be returning while she works there.
