The service was so amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. Patient when I asked questions and very helpful in explaining a new menu item. All of the employees made sure I had absolutely everything I needed and wished me a great rest of my day when I left. For fast food, the service was absolutely top notch.

Today at 12:45pm I ordered a #1 Double meal with a Coke and a small fry for my dog. When I got to the window, Debra asked how much ice I wanted in my Coke. I was taken aback bc no one has ever asked about ice if I didn’t mention it, and I usually don’t want ice in my soda if it comes out cold, but i often don’t get it as asked so I stopped requesting it. I told her I’d love no ice if the drink already comes out cold and I thanked her for asking and she said her husband doesn’t like ice in his soda, just like me. She handed me my drink and told me she will take my straw wrapper for me whenever I’m ready and said I could go ahead and close my window to keep warm and she would be right back. Her warmth and consideration for the needs and comfort of entire strangers exceeded customer service straight into what is the beauty of humanity. I know all I did was go through an Arby’s drive thru and meet a nice woman, but her kindness was so pure and genuine, I wasn’t about to not let your establishment know how lucky you are to have such a gem on your team.
We swore like 4 or 5 times and then the manager started bitching at us I guess she had a bad day at work and the service was horrible and im never going back again

I don't know if it was just a screw up tonight or if this is how the night shift does things, but I went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and came home to find out the middle of my chicken sandwich was raw. I noticed the texture difference from my first few bits as it was just a small piece of the middle that wasn't done. I haven't tried calling yet to see what they'll do, but regardless of their solution this is unacceptable and dangerous. I wish I could add a picture in my review as I did take a picture of the raw chicken.

Ordered 2 for 7 and a ruben and roast beef. They asked about the sause thank goodness or i would of forgot! Very frendly food stayed hot was amazing!

Wow this was a really bad experience. The wait was too long at the drive through at 4:25 p.m. it took us 15 minutes to get a 2 for $8 dip and Swiss, 6 chicken nuggets and a slider. When after waiting that long we got our food it was all cold. All of it. The chicken nuggets were warmish, and the beef on our sandwiches might as well have been cold. The au jus that goes with the Swiss dips was watery with zero flavor and was also lukewarm. I might as well have run the tap water into a cup and dipped my sandwich into that. Wow just awful. The beef honestly smelled kind of off and could not possibly have been hot enough to be food safe and edible. Just ew.
