Wow this was a really bad experience. The wait was too long at the drive through at 4:25 p.m. it took us 15 minutes to get a 2 for $8 dip and Swiss, 6 chicken nuggets and a slider. When after waiting that long we got our food it was all cold. All of it. The chicken nuggets were warmish, and the beef on our sandwiches might as well have been cold. The au jus that goes with the Swiss dips was watery with zero flavor and was also lukewarm. I might as well have run the tap water into a cup and dipped my sandwich into that. Wow just awful. The beef honestly smelled kind of off and could not possibly have been hot enough to be food safe and edible. Just ew.

Something about this Arby’s. The employees seem to love their job and i’ve never dealt with one that hasn’t, or hasn’t been friendly. Probably the best service i’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.
