The appetizers were really good, the sales were good but the burgers were not. The burgers were over cooked, and had a long hair in my food as I got through a couple of bites. Will have to stay away from this place for a little bit. Which is unfortunate since this was my first time experience.

Atmosphere: background music is mix of songs by white and black artist. However, the decor—pictures on walls—in my opinion, is only inviting to the white race. Have not seen anyone of color eating at establishment.

Avoid picking up ice cream in the drive thru - they gave us an already melting banana split in a cardboard container!?!
Trying to order online is a lost cause. Either it doesn't go through (but the charge does), or the app prompts you to schedule for a future date - even when the store is open!

We drive an hour out of our way home from vacation just to get them.
Don't get me started about their fries and Tots!!!
Stopped on our way through because the outside of the building said Italian ice. Walked in and looked at menus and nothing about Italian ice. Asked the kid at the register if they had it and he says what’s that. Maybe you should update your building. Food was not good. Everything was put in the microwave to heat up. Took 15 min for 2 hot dogs. Can’t imagine ordering more and what the wait would be. That was with no one in the drive thru and we were the first to order out of 2 other people who ordered after us

Sat in drive thru first time over 5 minutes and still nobody came to the window so I left. Came back because the food is good here. Been in line 10+ minutes with another vehicle ahead of me and I can tell they been waiting also for a while. Totally not acceptable.

Had an absolute blast at Brain Freeze in Whitewater! Wonderful staff, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. Couldn’t ask for a better place to visit, especially for a quick work lunch. :)
