Horrible customer service, the lady behind the counter had an attitude. She asked if she could help so i said i was waiting on a doordash order n she snapped at me n said it was still being prepared n itll be a while It was already late so i didnt say anything but when she treated the next gentleman worse than me, n he was actually ordering food, i realized she just needs to be fired 🤷 I understand customer aint always right but you snapping before anyone has a chance to mess up 🤦

The menu prices posted on the drive through menu are incorrect. 1-2$ more than posted which is ridiculous. Worker was nice but how hard is to change menu prices, seems illegal or misleading. Worker even said most people don’t notice their total is more. Would not recommend this place.

Went there at 6:34. Was denied food because they already cleaned the grill. This is bs. Something needs to be done in regard to these employees, as a customer should be able to order whatever they want while they are open. The workers shouldn’t be refusing customers orders just because they are too lazy to clean the grill after the store is closed. I had a big order that would have given them great sales, so instead I took my business elsewhere. Don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. Hopefully the gm or owner will do something in regards to these lazy workers. Because like I said this is bs.

Smells weird and takes forever for ice cream to come out to the buyer. Very unsanitary looks like it hasn't been dusted in weeks. A kid working in the back wiped his nose then immediately used the whip cream. And to top all this shit off they got my order terribly wrong. Would recommend going elsewhere.

The appetizers were really good, the sales were good but the burgers were not. The burgers were over cooked, and had a long hair in my food as I got through a couple of bites. Will have to stay away from this place for a little bit. Which is unfortunate since this was my first time experience.
