I will not be back. Employee taking our order told me I could not have a cone dipped, even though on menu. Said had to be a dish which was ok. Then we waited 30 minutes for two dishes of ice cream, while they helped drive thru, took more orders and three groups who came in after us received their hot food orders. After I went back up to ask, it took another 10 minutes. No apologies or explanation. Several people walked out while we were there.

Exceptional customer service. Placed an order through door dash. We were missing an item so I called the restaurant. They issued me a refund, brought the missing item toUs and gave us a free shake. I am impressed. We are also a huge fan of the food. It’s yummy!!!

I’m a doordasher and I’ve always asked for drink carriers before and been given one. Today I got an order and it had two drinks so I asked for a carrier because I only really have one cup holder in my car which I use for my water, I was told I couldn’t have one because we have to pay for them (which at any other food place they give them for customer use). When I said I never had a problem with getting one before I was yelled at by the elderly lady. It’s ridiculous they expect dashers to pay for drink carriers, if that’s the case then they need to charge it on doordash to orders with 2+ drinks. If this is how they treat dashers who are only doing a job which helps with their business then I could only imagine how they treat their actual customers. You should never yell and get frustrated at anyone when you’re on the clock, that’s bad business.

Wouldn't have stopped in if I hadn't googled for ice cream in the area. We ordered some chicken tenders and fries for a very late lunch. Chicken tenders were fried nicely and we were able to ask for both a BBQ and honey mustard dipping sauce. Armed with lactaid, I ordered a "beach bunny" float aka root beer float (although you can select any carbonated beverage) and my husband ordered a chocolate milkshake. It's a hot day and these sweet mid-afternoon treats hit the spot; no complaints. All reasonably priced!We enjoyed our meal outside on a pink picnic table because while the old-school decor and nostalgic photos were cool, we appreciated the outside breeze. Wouldn't go out of my way for a brain freeze, but happy we stopped in! 3.5 stars (:

came in to get some ice cream after a long day of doing errands and left with disappointment. When we ordered they were out of ice cream so they had to pour in new mix, where the person filling it used their teeth to open up the bag of cream, they then didn’t let it sit long enough for it to get cold so we left with a nice bowl of banana fudge soup and a dipped soup cone. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for ice cream in the area.
