Ordered two thin crusts for pick-up. When I got them home, both were burned on the bottom and top had the darkest brown crust on the top that I have ever encountered on a pizza. Cinnamon bites for dessert were fine. My first and last time ordering from this Dominos.

Website said we could deliver before 3:00 even though they were close to closing. Our order went through, and Alexis started making it. While later it was canceled. Wasn't even 3 am yet. Tried calling 5 times, not a single answer between 2:30-3:00 am. Can't even rate the food because they wouldn't even let us have any. What's the point of explicitly saying you can order before 3:00 am and it'll still go through if you're just gonna cancel anyways? Actually ridiculous.Edit: Even though the order was canceled TWICE. We haven't gotten a refund. They took $90+ and bounced without even getting us food. (Tried reordering, order was 45)

I've been ordering pizza from here for years and tonight's was the worst pizza ( literally) that I've ever had. We ordered hand tossed and a got a paper thin excuse of a pizza. Not to mention the person answering he phone was completely clueless about pricing. Who the heck is managing this joke of a business?

I placed my order online, said it was ready over the app and when I arrived there they said i needed to wait another 10-15 minutes to make my pizza since they gave it to someone else. Pizza tasted fine but time it took was 0/5 stars if i could rate it that

Never had an issue before tonight. My pizza wasn't made correctly and I've never had some plain tasting bread for a crust. There were no seasoning at all, which was crazy! Definitely was one of the worst tasting pizza's I've ever had

Excellent Pizza- A lot of flexibility as far as Crust and Toppings. Curbside Pickup is great- Priced sensibly.
Ordered a pizza at tonight and upon arrival to pick up, they told us the pizza hadn’t even been started because they’re “out of ingredients”. They then told us they had no clue when it would even be started. There was no apology or anything from the employees. Absolute trash customer service. Canceled the order and walked out. Never returning again.

Last week we ordered a pizza with sausage and extra cheese to pick up. When I got it home it was just a cheese pizza. Last time we ordered, when I got there to pick it up, they had lost our order. Good pizza, terrible service!
