I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and was really let down. It was about a quarter of the size of a regular sandwich, cost nearly $4 more, and was poorly assembled. I specifically requested no tomato, yet there were tomatoes on it, this kind of oversight is unacceptable, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. For the price and the importance of getting gluten-free orders right, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. I'm honestly not sure if I'll order from here again. I work for a large company, and based on this experience, I will not be recommending your establishment.

I got a coulpe of Phillys and the lack of meat was crazy. The amount was more or less a single bits worth. Never eating here again.

Please bring your tuna sub back year round. It’s the only sub I get from you guys because it’s my favorite tuna sub out of all the other sub places. I was so sad when I heard you only bring it back for lent!! Some of us don’t follow that. I miss being able to get the bornk year round 😭

I often go to erbs at drumlin or esker and it’s a good experience but damn, can’t ever get the order right

I love it here except when you order the porkwich: you don’t get anywhere CLOSE to the meat.

Thankfully this E&G's was serving both hot and cold sandwiches. I was waiting in line for a little while, and when I went to eat my sub, my order had jalapenos in it when I didn't want jalapenos in it. Other than that the sandwich was pretty good.

We placed a large lunch order for a company lunch. The order summary/receipt that we printed out from the website was correct. The receipt I received via email later was missing a salad and had a different total. When we asked them about the missing salad we were treated poorly. Our staff regularly orders from this establishment and gives them a lot of business. Next time we want to show a business our support in this pandemic we will go elsewhere. That’s not the way you treat a customer, especially regular customers.

The gm and assistant manager both need to learn how to do there jobs. The place could be amazing without them. The rest of the staff is amazing.

I have been sick with migraines and i i wanted a sub and soup so bad, but it said i was out of there delivery area. Now the young man did it anyways..he didn't have to. He was very kind and had great customer service. I am never disappointed in the food or service here. BTW there chicken dumpling soup is awesome along with my favorite the Girf sandwich
