A recently went into jersey mikes whitewater and there was a 20 ish blonde lady with freckles who made my sandwich. There was no men’s bathroom and they locked the door 30 mins before close. I have been to a jersey mikes many times, but this location has extremely poor service.

The first couple times I ordered from here the Philly was good. Lately the meat has been dry, the bread was a bit stale, and the meat is clumped up. I'm not sure if they're cooking the meat too fast or if it's just meat that has been frozen too long? Doesn't smell bad. Not sure what's going on but this is probably my last time ordering from them unfortunately. I do appreciate the deliver provider being on time & efficient though, I order through Ubereats.

So quick, so good, so fresh. They are so wonderful to customers. This is my personal go-to for sandwiches, and while others in my family have different favorites, they are happy to eat here too. I usually order online and take-out, which is really convenient, but it's a decent space to eat at, in-doors or out. I like that they have deals for students too (even though I'm not one).

I asked for a grilled Italian and they said they can’t do that. But then they said they can toast the bread. But then they didn’t even do that. I wanted a hot grilled sub but ended up with a cold one. First time back in many years after experiencing poor quality food. I remember having a meatball sub that tasted really bad.

Ally is so upbeat and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me the best tuna sub I've ever had! When you visit Jersey Mike's to get your tuna sub, please get it on the Rosemary Parmesan bread...... there's something about those flavors.
