The young man claimed he was the manager and was yelling at the 2 lady employees making sandwiches. There was 4-5 other people waiting for their sandwiches and he was yelling at the workers saying they weren’t worth it and that they always have excuses for not doing what’s expected and that this is what he gets for being the manager now and he’s tired of it. One employee had walked out upset and the manager continues to talk about the situation.

As tasty as the subs were, I was disappointed to find out that the Vito didn't have salami on it when I received it. My unwich was supposed to have Jimmy peppers on it and there were none.

This is a great place to go and sit down to eat if you want to watch the couple that works here ask each other for a kiss every couple minutes. I mean the girl was basically begging the guy to kiss her. Then they disappeared in the back Maneger with pink hair said absolutely nothing to them. Keep the PDA out of work people.
Btw corporate this happened at 11:15am 2/06/2025 I’m sure you can figure out who the guy and girl are.

The person who took our orders, Bella, was very polite and asked us about our day and why we were dressed up. The guys in the back were professional and competent, delivering our order in a manner that encapsulated Jimmy Johns’ “freaky fast” motto. In terms of the food, we got three sandwiches and a wrap, all of which were good. However, the “picklewich” had very small pickles and too much mayo. If your restaurant was to perfect their executions of the specials, it would make for a truly perfect dining experience.

I specifically stated i wanted a build your own with ham, roast beef and pickles. they made me a number 8 with all of the normal toppings and roast beef instead if ham. my first time there and I’m not going back.

Half my delivery order was missing. I called & they said they would send it out. I was 1/2 way finished with my sub & asked for a credit instead. I was told I had to speak to a manager. I finished my sub waiting on-hold for the manager. He told me they could deliver the rest to me but couldn’t give me a refund for the missing items. I was going to bed because it was late and didn’t want another delivery. He said that’s all they could do. I said if you can’t give me a credit then you’ve lost a customer that orders from you 1 or 2 times a week. He said ok. He didn’t say I’m sorry, or we’ll fix this. Just ok (meaning we don’t need you as a customer). So even though I’ve been a Jimmy John’s customer for 15 years, I’m now done with Jimmy John’s per their wishes.
