Some kid in a black carharrt sweatshirt was working the window tonight. Airpods in, didn't say a word. As someone who has worked in customer service for years and still does, his attitude sucked. Idk if this was the same kid on headset but if so, couldn't even hear him talk, only mumbled. He shouldn't be on window if he can't say a word to a customer. 10 minutes in drive through and there was barely anyone in line. Kid needs some training or a new job.

I visited this McDonald's earlier today and was honestly surprised by my experience. The manager was very friendly, and we had a nice little conversation. Even though it was busy, I appreciated the excellent customer service and the friendliness of the staff. I will have to say it wasn't the best food in the world, but I enjoyed the food and the time spent at McDonald's

This location is utterly over priced. I bought a ice cream cone extremely small they charged me $2.89 😳😳 I question the price he shrugged hisshoulders and closed the doors through drive-thru. I called 3 other McDonald's for ice cream prices 1. East troy .89 cents, Delavan has 2 sizes for ice cream cones small was $ 1.29 & 2.19 large hmm . I know there individually owned but my gosh $2.89 for small cone this is a college town??? This place needs to have inspection called on them seriously . Reading past reviews I agree 100%

The female worker was horrible, we were even warned before we walked in. The garbage was beyond full when we tried to throw our trash out (like respectable people), it inevitably fell out of the trash can and she immediately screamed at us telling us to get out. Being a person who works in customer service I understand people being disrespectful, this woman does not even deserve to have a job. Unfortunately for her I have a video and I hope this is dealt with accordingly!!!
