Good food but service is slow many people just stand there with no awareness that customers are waiting by the register. Tables don't get cleaned the kiosk receipts don't get refilled so remember your number and they sometimes forget sauce or your cup.

I will always love McDonald’s and yes, there are some that are better than others for sure. And yes, they went through a rough period during Covid and short staffing and now overcharging, but I still love it when I’m in the mood for it that’s what I want and this McDonald’s gives me what I want. The french fries have to be fresh and they always are And I’m gonna eat inside it has to be clean and it is of course I must say that I would’ve given it five star, but they got work on the pricing innovative and as far as paying the employees they got to get over themselves and do better by their employees you just can’t consumers anymore because if you have 1 billion you can at least afford $17.50 an hour but I’ve been going there for many years and I love McDonald’s. I love the fish sandwich. I love the french fries nobody has better french fries unless you go to a high school upscale place you never really have to wait very long compared to other drive-through places and the kids love to go because the kids love their kids meal with the little treats. I still prefer the classic design inside like the original one that’s in Des Plaines, Illinois and we had one like that in Middleton and then they decided to make it more modern and it’s so sterile but anyway I go there for the food I go there because I can get it quick and I actually love their coffee, I drive through there almost twice or three times a week very early in the morning to get my coffee for the road. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper by the way and it’s really good coffee. It’s a lot cheaper than going to Starbucks so they are handicap friendly they are kid friendly. And let me just tell you to end this review let me just tell you one thing having myself been in business for a long time and yes, it’s terrible. What happened with the situation recently with the onions but think about it oh my gosh, they’ve been in business for over 50 years. I never remember one time that there was ever ever ever an issue with their food in the sense of safety , so they’ve given us a lot of memories and a lot of fun over the years and especially the 24 hour ones when you’re really hungry or you got the munchies at two in the morning you can go to McDonald’s and get something and it will be decent. God bless and be patient things will turn around you know Americans we only have a 15 minute memory, but but this is a wake up call but it’s not isolated to McDonald’s all of the food chains need to Regulate themselves as far as checking on there farm or distribution centers where what country they’re from because we’re never gonna give up our McDonald’s can you imagine America without a McDonald’s? No so I get five stars but four stars right now just simply because they need to pay the people more and Pretty soon. I’ll have optimist there. They’ll have robots cooking the food. They can cook 24 seven and they’ll be in original investment, but that should open up to give better prices again and then pay the employees that are there to supervise the robots more money it’s all win-win.
Parking: I kindly say that all of the McDonald’s do not need 10 parking spaces taken up for people that order on the app I have never ever seen more than three people at any time even when it’s really busy they take up all those spaces because you need to put your handicap spaces back it’s like they have one handicap space now so yeah they need to improve that but they do have one but just in regular terms when regular customers come there to park
Kid-friendliness: What kid does not love McDonald’s it’s the happy meal is the big store and also the McDonald house I always leave my my change. I always tell the person put the change in for the McDonald house. They do wonderful things. Love you can’t and sometimes when I’m on a real budget, I’ll get a kids meal and it’s OK. You don’t have to be a kid to get a kids meal if you’re on a budget, but what’s fine sometimes I really want the toy too cause it’s so cute or I’ll give it to my granddaughter people do like to have a

This has got to be the worst location in a 50 mile radius! I would give 0 stars if I could.The Service is always terrible, wait times are terrible, and food quality is terrible… I waited several minutes for the guy in the first window to get off his phone just to be greeted with a cold sigh and annoyed face, then get to the next window and the guy at that window doesn’t have any sort of uniform on, and has some nasty stained hat on. I’m not even sure if the guy worked there or not, that’s how much of a dumpster fire this place is! If you can, just drive to Edgerton, Fort, or Jefferson because you’ll actually get good service and food from them. Smh
Parking: Parking lot is fine, drive thru is a nightmare and there is always kids running around, so be careful.

It’s amazing how you can place an order and only speak to the person that takes your money. They hand you your food. They’re busy talking to other people. It’s absolutely ridiculous that the employees can’t even say thank you or interact with a customer.

How can a McDonald's screw up so many orders? I am done going here. I didn't even have a large order, but somehow, they are missing an entire meal with the exception of my drink. I bought meals for my kids and myself, and now I either have to return back or go without.

The overweight order taker, purposely upcharges your order so you pay more for the same food! Go to go get the buy mc double get one for $1 and ask for no cheese like always. He charges me 4.50 each for 2 double hamburgers. So $9 for an order than normally cost $4.50. Save your money
