The windo ppl are great! No i dont go in! No reason to unless i need the girls room! Theirs no place for kids to play so we rearly go their any more! Its a shame i grew up at mc dee. My kids grew up at mc dee and now they took the fun of taking the grandkids their but you know what its ok its more money we can spend at walmart getting a toy or doing crafts so i give you that!

Almost every time I order food from here I’m missing an item, whether is be a large fry (like today), a 10pc nugget, an entire burger, etc.. the food is almost always hot and tastes great, but paying for food and not getting it ruins it. I’ve worked in fast food previously and I know that it isn’t hard, it’s just laziness and lack of care.

Tried to order using the kiosk and it was impossible. Couldn't get logged in to earn points using my app code because the scanner wasn't working. Fine, skipped that and it wouldn't let us complete the order without a "tent code" of some sort. No idea what it was asking for so we gave up and left. Stop making the ordering process so difficult, other kiosks I've used work much easier and don't try to get you to add random items into your order every time you add something to your bag.

Third shift last night killed it. All the ladies were sooo nice! Kate was so sweet to my friends when they were doing cash only.

Stopped in through drive through this morning at 10:55am. There was a car in front of me at the order speaker waiting for minutes to be taken care of. Finally, someone comes on and asks if she has been helped yet. She said "No" then proceeded to give her order. While she was doing so, the menus changed on the screen. When I finally got to the order screen to order a delicious bacon/egg/cheese mcgriddle, I was told "We are serving lunch now". Really, it's 11:01 and I can't get a breakfast sandwich. I left without ordering. Dumb.

Sterile, dystopian like a bizarre future airport at 2am but was 3pm, no heat in the dinning area, tables were dirty. Drive through was very active.
