Went to this location for dinner tonight and got a bowl and swear they gave me a bowl of soup. Asked for double meat and doesn’t even look like I got any meat in there at all. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location.

Ordered a pick up meal. As the web site said couldn’t get our meal delivery out before closing. Even tho it was only 5 pm. Picked up the order. No pickled onions, only raw red onions. No salsa verde, chips were very stale and inedible. One bowl that was to have guacamole had 1/2 an avocado instead. Not what I expect form Qdoba. Won’t be Ordering from whitewater store again.

Been going here for quite a while and food always hits. I’ve heard from others that the staff hasn’t been quite as good but at least in my experience, the staff is great. I highly recommend this location to anybody.

I’m not kidding this entire burrito has been all rice to this point. I even ordered double chicken. Padding their margins with online orders I guess.

I would give it a four because the food is always good. I only have two different criticisms, the one being the rice is always hard it’s never fully soft whoever makes the rice is not doing it long enough it’s just always hard, then the second thing everytime I get online burrito with guacamole the gauc all ends up being in the corner of my burrito so I just eat the corner guacamole with chips and it’s depressing.
Four people working in an empty restaurant and still waiting to get my ordered started , what a joke , had to walked out and get jersey mikes , disappointing service , step up!

I typically wouldn't review a fast food chain, but the experience at Qdoba in Whitewater is just so, SO poor that it needs to be said. Just last week I thought we might try eating there again, only to walk in to no communication, no acknowledgement, and a worker on their phone watching a movie with their earbuds in while they cleaned the stove. It was dinner time?!? It was ridiculous. The food prep area is filthy, the staff isn't friendly (in fact, they are generally rude), and the service is terrible. There isn't much competition for like type fast food in Whitewater, so they can get away with it, but it isn't worth your time or money.
