A Matcha latte with cold foam is always my go-to order and the way they made it at this location was INCREDIBLE! Best matcha latte I’ve ever had hands down. The lady at the drive thru window was also super nice and happily conversated with me while waiting a minute for my order.

took absolutely longer than needed, unorganized, completely chaotic . The order area was full to the brim with customers waiting, which all of them didn’t even have drinks yet and were there most likely longer before us.

Real funny how it took over 5 minutes to make a Grande shaken espresso & when PAID FOR CHOCOLATE CREAM COLD FOAM, I get vanilla (they didn't care) & it's all soggy the cold foam instead of it being fluffy. First & last time. Oh & the looks I was given while waiting? Because I'm Hispanic ?? insane ! Yet 4 cars in drive thru received their drinks before I did. First& last time !
Been there twice, first time was Sunday afternoon through the drive thru and they didn’t have anything I wanted to ordered. I asked for 4 different drinks and they were out of components to make it. And I had to wait in front of two cars that took 20 minutes. Which was ridiculous although i know it was partly my fault. Second time I went in and ordered. Went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Had to wait 10 minutes saw two people order after me. They got their orders before me. Not sure what the problem is at this Starbucks. But unfortunately I’m not going in there unless I am absolutely craving Starbucks.

I've never had a bad starbucks coffee until I went here. Consistently terrible every time I go. I get an iced caramel macchiato when I go and every single time I've been the coffee has been bitter, tastes like acid, flavorless and dull. They hardly put any caramel in the drink considering it's a iced caramel macchiato. I'll take a few sips when I get home and instantly throw it in the trash. I've given this place too many tries and wasted more money than I care to admit hoping it's actually good that day. It's just this one particular location that can't make the drink right.

My fiancé and I went in for some coffee. We walked inside. We ordered 2 coffees. There was one person ahead of us. We waited forever for our coffee. In the future going through the drive through. I know it is a new Starbucks. But the drinks too forever for them to come out
