I recently had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing, which made it a truly enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements. It's a place where you can truly unwind and feel at ease. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-cared-for environment. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

the girl we talked to was named Sam and she was so kind and so curious about our plans for secret santa…she truly made my visit so amazing and she made me more excited to be out of the house haha, i was forced to get starbucks by my roommate and Sam made me feel so much better, she’s very sweet and honestly she essential for this store, we love her ❤️

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Starbucks. I placed a simple online order ahead of time, expecting to just pick it up and go. Instead, I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through before asking where my drink was, only to be told they had accidentally given it to someone else! They offered to remake it fine, mistakes happen but somehow they even messed up the remake. It was one of the most basic drinks on the menu, and they still managed to get it wrong. Then, when they finally handed me the drink, there was no cold foam like I ordered. By the time I actually left, it had been almost an hour for a drink that should’ve taken five minutes. Completely unacceptable service and total lack of attention to detail. I expect way better from Starbucks especially when mobile orders are supposed to make things faster, not painfully slower. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Food gets a 3 star usually i get the wrong food or the food isn't made right. Ordered an oatmeal, this is the only starbucks that didn't give me the sides for the oatmeal, I was told you had to order it separately, although this is the only starbucks that doesn't provide the toppings, drinks I always order a trenta strawberry acai light ice extra strawberry base, yet it always looks like light ice ,light base and tastes, like water, and there is always this one Barista who is always talking into an earpiece, but its clear she isn't talking to staff. I drive 20 minutes a day to get to this location unfortunately im a starbucks junky , ill now just be driving 27 minutes away to go to Mukwonago as they never make the drink wrong, Out of all the starbucks ive gone too. This is the only one that cant get it right.

Im writing this review as an Ex-Starbucks barista, having been at the siren for over a year.
Today, me and a friend mobile ordered our drinks and picked it up through the window. She got a trenta strawberry Açaí lemonade w no berries, i got the same + EXTRA peach juice and light ice.
Upon getting our drinks, they were the exact same color, but for a SAL w/ pj, mine should be darker in color, and it had no taste of peach. Usually no big deal, but I spent my stars, and it’s an extra cost for the peach juice. I had my friend with a SEVERE peach allergy try mine, because even she noticed, and no reaction. I go into the store and ask for it to be remade. I express that I don’t mean to be rude, I just don’t think it was made right. The original girl I spoke to was SO sweet, I wish I got her name. But upon her telling the girl at refresher bar that it was made wrong, she was LOUDLY met with attitude saying “Um, actually, it was made with peach juice because I made it” and proceeding to smack talk me in front of all of her coworkers (i know about the connected headsets) and customers, as if I wasn’t still standing in the lobby. I have no issue if it was made wrong, I understand mistakes happen and it wasn’t dead inside, so it’s easy to have a slip up, but assuming that you didn’t do anything wrong and that I’m wrong, despite the other girl SAYING the color was wrong (also didn’t have lite ice like I requested but whatever) is baffling. I have never been treated like this at any starbucks I’ve been to, or treated anyone like this when I worked there. I STILL work as a barista at a different company and would never dream of treating someone like this.
So disappointed and honestly angering. Fix your attitude.

i’ve become a regular at this starbucks from all my mobile orders and they’re literally the sweetest bunch i’ve everrrr met. every time i get my fiance and i drinks there, they leave the cutest notes on our drinks!! absolutely love this location. yall are amazing.
