I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. This place is the worst. I wanted a corona with a lime and then they said they don't have limes despite the pile of limes in the fridge. When asked about them the response was "I'm not going to cut them, are you?" I was shocked that someone would be so bad at their job without the brain cells to even cut a lime

Bad drinks, slow service, aggressive bouncers. Place smells like urine. Pool sticks are bent crooked. High prices.

Rude bartender, Idk I could've just been drunk but dude gave me attitude for asking for a water, like bro I was dead. Plus for AYCD for some reason my beer cup came back sweet? Like no wonder this towns got covid when your cups get mixed up with randoms

I used to love going here… I took my brother tonight and they wouldn’t let him in. He had lost his ID but we showed his school ID and several pages the university had on file showing he was 23. Would not let him in (I have a feeling their bouncer may very well have taken his ID). As we finally turned around ready for give up I told him (said, did NOT yell, did not refute their ruling that we couldn’t go in) that he was a d*** and he responded by banning me from the bar. Students, this place does not value you, the university, or any of the athletic programs. I would personally stay away and stick to the several other bars in town.

Bouncer was very stingy and rude and gave me a hard time with my real ID and was asking me a lot of questions and eventually refused to serve me

Bartender was not attentive and was distracted in a book the entire night. He did an amazing job reviewing IDs, even denying all out of state out IDs because (he didn’t get it). They had free darts tonight. That’s about as cool as it gets here.

Wednesday night, half full bar top. Was completely ignored. Looked at by the bartender, people had mentioned that we were waiting. Bartender STILL made no intention of serving my friend and I. Not impressed by any means. As a fellow bartenders we found it super disrespectful, we had money out. No idea why we were ignored to that extent. Won’t be back any time soon. Disappointing as a first visit experience.

Not called College Pub anymore, but rather, The Black Sheep, a FANTASTIC fine fare restaurant. Prices fine, service great, food excellent.
Typical college town bar. If you get there before the college crowd it's a fun place to play pool or darts.
only place in town that asks for two different forms of ID and will call the cops to check if your valid license works.
