Will definitely be back! The lady working was super friendly and helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted for a breakfast sandwich and drink, I asked for her recommendation and she made a great one - the double bacon & cheese bagel was delicious along with the peanut butter smoothie! My husband really enjoyed his sandwich and drink too. I look forward to coming back and trying more off the menu! :)

Dog friendly spot for breakfast overlooking the train stop and a little park. Our pup was very satisfied with the view and the smells!

Pastries are delicious. Great coffee. They made my graduation cake and my birthday cake. It always comes out flawless. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The staff there are always super nice.

We are plant-based and got the vegan brownie, avocado toast, and veggie sandwich (sub hummus for aioli and took off the cheese)! Everything was amazing! They also have soy milk!

Jake - husband of owner/chef - brought us some pastries as a thanks. They were so good we went back to the store and got more. Plus had some great coffees. Staff very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

This place seems to be sadly mismanaged. Came in with my family at the end of the day for an iced coffee and some bakery items. There was a single young lady working the counter. We placed our order and I went to use the restroom while we waited for the coffee (bakery items were retrieved from the freezer.) Opened the bathroom door to see a foul sight of an overflowing toilet and filthy room. Told the barista that the bathroom was out of order which set her grumbling to herself. Two other customers came in and she helped them while we still stood there waiting on the one iced coffee we ordered. After attempting to be patient for several minutes I reminded her that we were waiting for our beverage to which she replied, “She was just about to make it.” Making the drink took all of three seconds and in my opinion should have been done before helping other customers as they walked in. I don’t necessarily blame the young lady who works there who seemed to be overwhelmed, but whomever owns or manages this establishment should consider having more than one staff member present to be able to handle the flow of customers and other issues (bathroom) should they arise. Will not be visiting this business again.

I have always known that Sweet Spot in Whitewater makes amazing cupcake but to hear everyone rave about them at my wedding confirmed I made the right choice in bakery. I couldn’t even keep track of how many people asked for which bakery I ordered the cupcakes from. I personally loved that I could order fun, creative favorites versus the typical ones. If you’re ever in Whitewater, definitely stop by and treat yourself to some.

Hi Sweetspot team,

I usually have no problems ordering from you and have always appreciated your service, but I wanted to share that I was very upset with how things went today.

I placed an online order that included a breakfast burrito (with added onions and extras, which made it more expensive—and I was totally fine with that), a breakfast sandwich, and two hot coffees. My order was scheduled to be ready by 12:40, which I had timed carefully around an appointment.

However, the order wasn’t ready until 12:50, making me late. When I asked about the breakfast burrito, I was told you aren’t offering them anymore. I was pretty surprised and disappointed—there was no communication beforehand, and the option was still live on your website when I ordered. If certain items are no longer available, the website should reflect that, or customers should be notified earlier—not at pickup.

Instead of a refund, I was handed an “oops” card for a free sandwich. I understand policies can be strict, but this didn’t feel like a fair resolution for the inconvenience and extra cost of the unavailable item.

I hope this feedback helps improve communication and transparency moving forward. I really do like your spot and would love to continue supporting it, but today’s experience was frustrating and let me down.
