Joe taking the reins from Dave at this magical place is a gift for beer lovers and human lovers - both men are amazing human beings, so this transition should be smooth and tasty. When Joe opens he plans to continue with a wide variety of small-batch craft beers, often using ingredients grown right there on the farm, and he is adding cider and wine made with apples, stone fruits, and grapes already growing on the property. I can't wait for Joe to do his thing and open it up for us thirsty folks!
One of the best kept secrets in the middle of nowhere. Getting the chance to try Dave's beer made me feel like part of an exclusive club. Specializes in malt forward beer style. One in particular tasted like buttered toast. Delicious. Worth a trip from the cities. Cash only. $5 by the glass or $10 for a full flight. Dog friendly. Didn't get a chance to see any cows but I am told they make an appearance as lawn mowers. Will be back.
Love this place! It’s a bit like Cheers! I always meet new people, everyone is extremely friendly and the beer is phenomenal! Also, dog friendly. Lots of pups hanging at the brew farm. Bring a picnic if that is your thing and watch the Amish plant and harvest crops in the field next door. They also sell pure maple syrup at the Brew Farm. A great place for a relaxing evening with new friends.

Call ahead first! After driving several miles out of our way and choosing to skip a different brewery in favor of this one, we arrived to a rather unwelcoming scene. No clear signage telling us we were in the right place or where the entrance was. We parked, got out, and were greeted with a chorus of barking dogs inside the building. A man finally walked up to us and simply said, "I'm not open today. Maybe check my blog, I'm kind of random." Sorry to have missed it, but felt it was fair to warn other out of towners they may want to confirm be is actually open before heading out.

One of the most unique breweries I have been too. Cool wind powered farm out in the country. Dave's likes to experiment with his recipes and creates some excellent beers.
This place is an amazing little gem! The owner is always great to talk with and his sense of of humor is great too. The beer is always good to amazing. The best about the beer is it is always different. Never the same beer when you come to visit.
