Whenever friends visit me in Wilton, I always take them here. Good food at a good price.

The fish fry is amazing and the service is top notch. I would highly recommend checking out Dorset Valley. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and how could I forget about the delicious pie selection. Yummy 😋!!

stop today for breakfast... waiting all week ... well bad experience today. they were out of stock on some things and first day opening for the week. we'll no big deal i thought I ordered was waiting for a little while they were not to busy alot of coffee drinkers but very easy to handle....then they come and said I'm sorry we forgot to put it on.. i couldn't wait any longer so i left. not to happy ...probably will not be back.. to bad usually very peaceful place to eat...ii..

One of our favorite local restaurants, it never disappoints. Our group enjoyed batter-fried cod, jalapeño burgers, chicken strips, and a BLT on Texas toast, finished with homemade pie and ice cream, fabulous as always.Oh the selections! The service was outstanding, with our waitress hustling non-stop. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing food and service and even better pie!

Pretty cool place to find in a rural area off of i-90. The food was good, along side with the service and the atmosphere. Ruben soup was surprisingly exceptional. Prices very fair and the pies affordable. Overall worth the stop

We arrived before 4 on a Friday, and seating was wide open. It sure filled up fast, though. We enjoyed the fish fry immensely! Topped it off with peanut butter pie ? ? so darned good! Can't wait to go back for prime rib sometime!

Thank you Dorest Valley Schoolhouse for always providing great service. Recently we got to celebrate my grandparents 60th anniversary there. You guys went above and beyond to make the celebration extra special. The chicken and beef dinners were tasty and huge- we had so many leftovers. Thank you!

This is the type of restaurant where you feel like you're in Grandma's house and Grandpa comes out to greet you and check on your day and make sure everything is good with your meal. I had the Corned Beef hash scramble, amazing! Not your typical shaved corned beef lunch meat like a lot of places do. Big, juicy, real corned beef brisket chunks; obviously roasted for many hours. The food here is really good and it's cheap. Please tip your server well. The service here is top notch. They make you feel at home even when you don't know anyone there and you don't live in the area. Can't wait to go again, it's been about 12 years since the last time we were here, the place has gladly stayed the same...

Great place wonderful people amazing food .

Went for the Friday night fish fry and it didn’t disappoint. Went a little later to miss the early rush and they were still busy. Got in fairly quick. The meal was delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly. A nice little gem out in the countryside. Highly recommend stopping in for a good meal.
