I’ve honestly never had better service at a fast-food restaurant. The food is great, but the customer service here is what really stands out. The staff is mostly younger employees, and they’re always polite, efficient, and professional — which pleasantly surprised me.
The one time our order was messed up, the staff was extremely apologetic and went out of their way to make it right, even offering free food on a future visit. Months later, we ordered again and paid via the app completely forget about the free food. The manager/owner (not sure which) still remembered and made sure we didn’t forget for next time, all with a genuine smile. That level of care is rare. This A&W consistently proves why it’s worth coming

I must say none of you guys were wearing shorts that came up past your knees showing your hairy legs & wearing outside clothing, and not once racial profile me or treat me any different 🤔You guys......here were wearing uniforms & the guy handled my fries when putting them in the bag with gloves I give you guys more than 5 stars. So I hope this finds you guys well in a good place of business need more respectful people in this world like this whole crew was.
Old school A&W with friendly family oriented staff. Kyle the manager very proud of his location, it's been there unchanged for over 50 years. Mug so frosty the root beer started to freeze and form slush. We got ice cream coins for the kids, a mug to take home, the kids and I are ecstatic. Overall A+ food, atmosphere and staff.

Stopped here last week for a quick bite. Kyle provided great customer service not only to us, but the neighboring tables. The experience made my kids big fans of A&W. We will be back when in the area!
The service was great. There was a construction worker who ordered for his crew ahead of us. They workers did a phenomenal job completing his order while working on ours. We had a minimal wait for our burger, chicken stripe and onion rings. The food was great and workers were so friendly. A manager was walking around checking on everyone to ensure we were all happy.
