This was easily one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. First of all, the bathrooms were a mess. Toilet paper all over the floors and it smelled like someone pooped their pants and hung them as an air freshener. Secondly, all the soda/pop was completely flat. Absolutely disgusting. To add to that, the fries were cold and I’m not even sure if they contained potatoes, as it tastes and felt like I was gnawing on cardboard. No flavor whatsoever so ever, just straight cardboard. Also we didn’t get any napkins in our bag. However, the staff kindly gave us some after we asked. Lastly, and most disgustingly, one of my brother’s chicken nuggets had two nibbles taken out of it that he did not take. He was absolutely appalled and grossed out by this. Not sure if one of the employees got hungry or a rat snuck into the kitchen. Either way, absolutely disturbing. The only thing that was normal here were the ice cubes. Very disappointed, do not recommend stopping here. Should’ve went to Culver’s.

The people were okay, but I have some very minor complaints. First off, the drinks were FLAT and GROSS. Second, my fries were not from a happy meal, but a depression meal. Third, the bathrooms looked like someone bombed it and ate the toilet paper everywhere and left a mess. The worst part is that I had one last nugget left and I was still hungry for one last nibble of chicken when I looked at my nugget and there was a BITE MARK on it. I found this very sad and it did not make my day. I understand that the workers get a little hungry, but they do not have the right to eat my chicken nugget. To this day I’m still hungry. I’m so sad.

Took 10 minutes to get my order out, and when i got it, they forgot half of it, and they dont even have plastic silverware. Also, dont get the iced coffee. it tastes like a wet rag was dipped in it.

If you like ants then this McDonald’s is for you! There are all sizes of ants in different places! There’s ants on the soda counter and on/in the soda machine. The employees didn’t seem to care because I heard about 4 different people exclaim loudly that there were ants and nobody did anything. I mean they are probably coming in the door that is RIGHT NEXT to the soda machine. Check your door seals or something guys. This is bad.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers ketchup only. I recieved burger with just meat and ketchup. Went in to get it fixed and left with a cheeseburger with no ketchup. Simple order and managed to mess it up 2x. Won't be going back again

As soon as I came in I saw ants crawling in the floor. Most of the fountain drinks didn’t have the actual soda just water. Only one person speaks English. Very dry atmosphere. Didn’t have ketchup or lids at all. When telling the people that there wasn’t syrups in the fountain they talked in a very rude manner.
