We were sworn at by the person taking our order in the drive thru and then when we said something about it was yelled at by the same employee! Unacceptable and in the drive thru! Never again will I go or recommend and will even discourage business from anyone I know.

The worst McDonald’s ever slow and rude. I’m convinced the Hispanics hate serving the black customers I have finally moved over to the Woodmans McDonald’s. This Windsor one is mean and lazy

Went to the drive thru about 5:30 am today 2/23 There were 2 cars in line. The one sat there for a while and finally drove off. The next car sat there for a while and finally started to yell hello a few times. He finally drove off. I did the same thing and there were 2 cars in line behind me. When I left there were 2 cars at the window.If you're busy at least acknowledge someone waiting to order. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Absolutely terrible service. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes to ask a question, while people behind the counter ignored me. They weren't even busy.

Our food was yummy but they forgot my fries. They were very quick to get them to me when I asked which I was grateful for. The worst part was eating in the dining room. There was a constant loud beeping noise coming from the kitchen that literally never stopped. Whenever they announced a carry out number they shouted at the top of their lungs, most likely because they had to be heard over the ridiculously loud beeping noise. I wish there was outdoor seating so that we could escape the madness. I realize we could eat in our car but that's not the principle of the matter. They offer indoor seating which should be professional and pleasant...but it was the opposite.

Recently used the app and ordered for delivery. They forgot to include one of my breakfast items- I cannot blame DoorDash because the bag was sealed by McDonald’s. Very difficult to contact the store to let them know this occurred. Hoping that someone reaches out to correct this.

I had a quarter pound with cheese, look at the burger, it looks like a double cheeseburger! I think the weight doesn’t make up quarter pound, unless you added the box and the bag.
