My friend and I came thru this evening around 655, Not only were we charged for someone else’s entire order as well as ours. They charged us an extra 25 cents as well for cup of ice!!!! We had a full order and instead of charging us for the cup of ice they charged us for the order behind us too. The supervisor “mattais” was very standoffish and had no compassion whatsoever. The girl was also full of attitude, this ruined our entire night. I would like someone to contact me for a full refund for both orders.. I understand if we came thru just for ice…. But we had an entire order. Your employees need to learn how to have better customer service all together.

I waited at the window (with zero cars in front of me) for over 15 minutes. No one came to say a word to me. No one updated me on the wait. Once the window opened, Nolan and another girl worker (who was standing leaning against the window for at least 5 minutes before they brought the food, snickered while handing it to me. I asked what the problem was and Nolan seemed to think it was fine to interrupt me n snicker while telling me it's busy with an attitude. After trying to finish my sentence a couple times n being interrupted, I said my choice words and pulled off.

Waited over 20 minutes inside for 2 coney dogs with onion rings. While one employee was outside smoking, the other employees basically were not cooking at all and staring at the screens. Once the said smoker came inside, things finally started moving. We could see our food under the heat lamp, and some of it was there for a LONG time When we asked what was taking so long on 2 hot dogs. We got nothing but attitude. Teach your employees to cook while you go smoke.

Sandwich was not prepared right. The Rootbeer float overflowed all over my car. Not impressed with this A&W. I will stick with the more northern A&W restaurts. They give a much more outstanding service.

In 80 CE the colleseum opened for entertaining guests and seeing to each of their individual needs. A pillar of Ancient civilization it was. Today in 2025 another accomplishment in customer service has been erected. The Winneconne AW continues to keep civilization afloat in our odd modern world. Whether it be through the delicious root beer floats, burgers, or the mythical and legendary Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese curds, Winneconne AW always delivers the best service for travelers from far and wide. Winneconne AW is more than just a restaurant with high end service and friendly staff I would venture to say it is perhaps even an 8th wonder of the modern world. This small store has been offering the finest selection of fast food related services since 2020 and surely with its influence and outstanding experience it will continue to please customers for centuries.
