I ordered 8 burgers, 3fries, and a drink for my family. When I got my food the employee Robin handed me my food. She then proceeded to leaned over the window and told me very rudely that I need to order it online because it’s easier for them. Mind you, there was no one in line in the drive thru, the people inside were already eating and the restaurant was not busy. So Robin, who is not a manager or an assistant manager should not be acting this way towards me who is paying for MY food. It is YOUR job and YOU are getting payed for it. And i believe the assistant manager was right there next to here smiling as she hears Robin being very rude.

It's okay and definitely not what it used to be. They took the one in my town out, so I had to get food here, and it was not as good as I remembered. The root beer wasn't as good either.

Nice newer A&W, and they have the barrel style root beer not just the fountain?? right off the highway for easy on and off if you are in a hurry.Parking: Also some parking space if you are hauling a trailer in the gas station lot…little tight if it was busy though
Mid afternoon lunch. We split a double cheese burger basket, which was enough for two and then some. Classic A&W burger and fries, and of course, we split a frosty mug of rootbeer! All for $12!!Fantastic!!

Wanted to go inside the lobby to order but they had only drive through open. We had a large trailer along so using the drive through was not a option.

The staff at this location were friendly and polite. The food was decent, we all had burgers. I do not recommend the lemonade shake. My non-discrimitory 8 year old would not drink it. They received bonus points for the pup cup offered to our dog which was adorable!
