Spent a Beautiful Saturday Afternoon,
October 4, 2025,
Winneconnie Fall Fest...
Crazy Busy..
Best Food, Best Service..
They go the distance to give their customers an awesome, Riverside experience..

The food.. exquisite... The home baked bread was better than My Momma used to make ..

Best Place to Land... on the River... just off the bridge in Winneconnie

Ordered the bang bang wrap sub chicken. I am pretty sure there was no bang bang sauce in the wrap or any sauce at all. It was dry and gross. My sweet potato fries were decent but I could make those at home for less $.

We hadn’t been here in years and decided to take a friend out to eat there! We used to go here a lot for Friday night all you can eat seafood buffet. The food was excellent and the portions were large! I really want to give them all 5’s buuut our server forgot our bread and by the time our food came we each had gone for soup and salad twice, so we all took most of our food home. If you leave here hungry that’s on you! 🤣 It’s only Tuesday and I’m already looking forward to going back. We still left a nice tip, does that tell you how good the food was??? 😍

Went to fin and feather Saturday night. We had five people in our party. Reservations at 5 got in on time. Was not busy. We ordered our food which was steaks and potatoes. When they brought it out it was cold, steaks and potatoes my friend ordered twice baked potato which was cold and burnt. We did not say anything to the waitress cause it's not her fault. Very disappointed in the food.

There were 17 of us dining together. Great food, great atmosphere overlooking the water. Salad bar was awesome. Wait staff was also great! They couldn't have been more accommodating for our group. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

We drove our pontoon up to their docks and ate our food outside on their deck! It was super easy and convenient! I would recommend the broasted chicken and their pizza!

The perfect to accidentally stop for a summer Saturday night meal. The water, sunset, and live music made this the best place to enjoy a leisurely dinner. We didn't want to leave. For as busy as they were, we didn't wait for service; both drinks and food were quick to arrive and absolutely delicious! Will definitely come back!

A charming little place right on the water however, where do I begin? I used to be a server and worked a few restaurants in my days. We watch a lot of restaurant shows, especially with Gordon Ramsay. I also know a thing or two about good customer service as I've been in Customer Service over 20 years and I know the difference between fresh food vs stale, old food. The woman was kind and friendly. We came in about 1 PM today. We were in a few days ago, too. Last time and this time we waited at least 3 to 5 minutes just to be seated. Nobody is ever there waiting to greet or seat you in a reasonable amount of time. It wasn't that busy, only a few tables today when we stopped. After the woman finally came over, it took at least 10 minutes if not longer to get our drinks. It was a very long time. She finally came back and asked if we were ready to order. Of course we were. She did not write a thing down. Kudos to those who can remember everything without having to write it all down and actually have it correct. Food came back about 10 or 12 minutes later. Kitchen forgot to butter my bread. I ordered the Salmon BLT. The salmon itself was great but the bread tasted old and stale, it was very chewy and tough. I ordered white bread this time because the other day I ordered the same exact sandwich with wheat bread and it was stale and chewy as well. I figured if I ordered it with the white bread, it would be better and it was not. I used to work for a bakery, so I know fresh bread is soft and practically melts in your mouth. It is not tough and chewy. They must have put the butter on the bread and then put my sandwich in the microwave to help melt the butter because my tomatoes were warm and nasty. It's a BLT sandwich, not some heated Mexican dish with tomatoes. Tomatoes are supposed to be cold on a sandwich, typically. The woman never asked if we wanted more drinks. She just said can I get you anything else after another long period of time. We asked for a glass of water. Waited about 10 minutes and she forgot about it. Finally got the water after 15 minutes. We also added the soup and salad bar to our order in the beginning. The cucumbers were very dry. They also had a slight sour taste to them like they were a couple of days old. My fiancé gets cucumbers every single day, even from Walmart and they are always moist and fresher than these we had today. My lady also found a long hair in the middle of her salad. The woman stated the bags of salad were fresh and just opened this morning, she prepared it. She apologized but never switched out the salad at the salad bar or offered any kind of amount off our bill for the inconvenience. It was just a "meh" barely sorry. It also states if you get the soup and salad bar, you get complementary bread. We were never offered any and the bread never came out. The salad bar is completely uncovered and that's mainly why I think a lot of it dries out and goes bad because of the room temperature air. The oyster crackers were very horrible and tasted stale in the soup. The soup was very good by the way. I had clam chowder. It was extremely hot and right. The only crackers that were good were the individually wrapped ones. Lastly, we waited 15 minutes for our bill. Nobody came so we stood up and she was finally like, "Are you ready for the bill? I can meet you up front." We asked to split the amounts. She read both our bills out loud so everyone could hear. I don't want folks knowing my bill amount, it's just common privacy. I asked if she was the owner. She hesitated at first and said yeah. Just because you have a beautiful atmosphere and restaurant right on the water, doesn't mean everything is all hunky-dory on the home-front. I would seriously invest some time into finding out what you need changed to better suit your patrons before you lose business. Oh, and one last thing, the carpeting by the salad bar is completely disgusting and slimy. You can feel the difference on your shoes, it's slippery and nasty, you might want to invest in
