What can I say; one of my favorite supper clubs in Wisconsin, and always has been!

Typical dimly lit supper club atmosphere. Food was below average, chicken and wild rice soup was too salty to eat. Perch was over done and tasted fried in old oil, second batch tasted the same. Steaks were also over salted and soaked in too much butter. Wait staff was very friendly and nice. Been to supper clubs with much better food.

Super crowded, they refuse reservations, have left a few times for waiting well past our quoted time and when we have eaten here I find the food is ok, but not great. Many items were obviously microwaved such as the twice baked potato and the fish. Ordered our steak medium and got rare. One of our group ordered well done, they took it back to the kitchen and had it back to the table in less than 10 minutes and it was obviously microwaved to get to the well done status. This was shown in the speed in which they “fixed” the issue as well as the texture could the meat. Our friend ate maybe 4 bites and left the rest for the trash.

Consistent quality food, cocktails and service. Large bar with classic supper club atmosphere. Many of the staff have been working there for quite some time. Haases (Hay-sez) is known for their ice cream drinks. Great fish fry and nightly specials. I highly recommend.

2nd time here. Just not the best quality and very slow service. 2 hours in total. The steak was good and came out on a sizzling plate. Twice-baked potatoes had broccoli in it? The shrimp dinner was just a couple of shrimp laid on a plate with butter ladled on it. Bad presentation and tough. The French onion soup was all bread and croutons almost no broth. The salad was a joke. We didn't finish it. I think if you stick with the steak and you're not in a hurry at all that you might be okay. They do serve bread and butter to the table. However the butter is straight out of the fridge and un spreadable lol. With all that being said the staff was very friendly. My reviews very truthful it could come across the wrong way but we had a good experience with the staff.

We go about once a month for the Dan's Porterhouse special, with a big group of friends. We've always had a good time, and the drinks are well made. Especially the whisky old-fashioned. The Duck Wontons are really good, too. Good enviorment. No crazy dress code.
