I ordered for delivery..I have always had good experiences. This time however one of my pizzas was overbaked not burned but very dark and dry. The other looked undercooked and was doughy also was not sliced. Since this was my first bad experience I will try again. Just thought the owners would want to

Jake's has some of the best pizza! My daughter loves a mushroom hand-tossed and my favorite is definitely chicken bacon ranch. Most importantly they deliver in Omro!

Absolutely horrible. Dont even consider going to dine in. The seating is all torn up and so is the material on the tables. The place smells worse the farther you walk in. Seems like the place hasnt been updated or even gotten new seats or tables since they opened. And dont even get me started on the food. The frozen storebought garlic cheese bread was the best part sadly. I went to school in winneconne and used to love their pizza as thats the only delivery i could get where i lived. But now its terrible. Horrible floppy thin crust. Almost no pizza sauce. And literal puddles of grease all over the pizza. Asked for a partial refund due to terrible food. I literally used 4 napkins from the bathroom to try to soak up some of the grease and that still wasnt enough. And the gross unbathed looking manager in an orange shirt just said "sorry you didnt like it" and refused any type of refund. What a joke.

Have loved their perch the last few years. Lightly breaded and very good. We hadn't ordered it in a while but when we ordered perch last night it seems the breading has changed. The perch was not nearly as good. Very disappointed!
Will never order again used to be free delivery then went to $5 now $ 10 for a small pizza and bread that is on real,. So you pay him and I pay him must get rich delivering pizza.I didn’t say they don’t deserve a tip but I will pay him direct to him don’t tell me what I should tip him

Not sure why it won’t let me choose “no” as I had a really awful experience with Jake’s Pizza as they had the worst customer service. There was a huge lack of communication on their part. Ordered a pizza at 5:15 and all they said was, “see you soon.” 1.5 hours later and still no pizza. We tried calling for 20 minutes and the line was busy. Finally got through to someone so that we could question our order and even cancel our order as we didn’t know why it was taking that long. They said that the food just came out off the oven and that there was a “wait” which was never communicated to us. They said it would be the next delivery but that would be after 7pm at that point! They said if we cancelled our order we would be taken “off the list” and not be able to place an order there and would not accept any future orders. I do my best to support local but now I can’t even order from there in the future?! Fine, good riddance. 0 out of 5 stars just for the abrupt decision to ban us from ordering.

Good pizza, I wasn't sure what to expect. Small town pizza is either really good or terrible. Crust had a nice crisp, not too floppy. Could've used a little more browning on the cheese, but that's alright. If you like a nice golden brown cheese, I'd ask for it to be well done.Cheesy garlic bread isn't anything to write home about - probably won't order that again. Just frozen garlic bread you could get at the store.

Ordered my pizza asked for it to be lightly done and in squares. It was over done and crunchy and of course it was in triangles also ordered the jakes loaded garlic bread asked for those to be lightly down got them opened them up looked good... on top the bottom 4 were burnt...
