Very accommodating to our large family gathering! Although, I ordered a side of hashbrowns that I never got, they offered to put it in still but the wait would have been too long (understandably because we were a big crew) and also I wouldn't ask for a cappuccino again, it tastes like I was drinking just milk with a splash of coffee.

Там я познакомился с баристой по имени Лили. Мы немного пообщались, легко, по-доброму.
Я задал простой вопрос:
— Могу ли я приходить сюда, посидеть, поработать?
Она ответила честно:
— Да, конечно, если ты будешь что-то заказывать.
В тот же момент я пытался показать ей что-то на телефоне, но сигнал был слабый.
Лили сама сказала:
— Можешь подключиться к Wi-Fi.
И для меня это стало знаком — да, я могу здесь не просто пить кофе, а полноценно работать. Учитывая, что моя работа — это связь, Wi-Fi и компьютер.
Я сказал — без проблем. Уважение к правилам и к людям — это база.
На следующий день я пришёл, заказал завтрак, оплатил. Вёл себя уважительно, никому не мешал, не отвлекал.
Своё дело знаю — 13 лет в сфере сервиса. Всегда чувствую, когда человеку нужно пространство, и не лезу, если не зовут.
Прошло несколько дней.
Я снова зашёл утром — просто взять кофе с собой.
Но как только я появился, Лили тут же вызвали на кухню и начали отчитывать.
Я услышал, как на неё давят — без повода, просто из-за самого факта моего присутствия.
Хотя я заказал кофе, оплатил, и даже сказал, что позже, возможно, закажу еду на вынос.
Никаких претензий ко мне не было.
Но перед самым закрытием кафе ко мне подошёл шериф.
Он сообщил, что владелица заведения больше не хочет меня здесь видеть.

📌 Почему я делюсь этим?
Потому что считаю неправильным, когда на добрых и честных сотрудников, вроде Лили, скидывают чужую токсичность.
Когда клиента, который ничего не нарушал, выдворяют без объяснений — просто потому, что он не понравился.
Всё, что было с моей стороны — это свет, открытость и уважение.
Иногда и этого достаточно, чтобы на тебя вызвали копов.

Usually this place is awesome, from sitting down, getting food, then leaving. I have been here for over an hour for breakfast and havent got my food yet. Took 20 minutes to even have a server bring coffee and a menu once we sat down.
Stopped here for the first time and I hit it at the busiest lunch rush ever my server Diane was wonderful she was the only one on the floor and she rocked that little cafe and took care of everyone!
kudos to the kitchen my my breakfast the Benedict skillet was absolutely amazing!
Definitely a return visit!!

We called ahead for our large party and arrived with a table set up. All the food came out, piping hot and fresh! No one left hungry. The homemade jam is so good!
Everyone in our group was happy. Kept poor coffee full!
