Twice they got my order wrong but these people are asking for 20 dollars an hour learn to get orders right.

This visit was very upsetting. The customer service was very poor. When I placed my order there were 3 orders ahead of me to get filled. When the manager started bagging orders, there were 2 orders before the one ahead of me. But the order ahead of me got their order first. After the others finally got their order, I got asked if my order was 2 chicken sandwiches and a medium fry. I said yes. So they bagged up my order and handed me the bag. After getting back in the car, and back on the highway, my fiancee and I noticed that we were given the wrong sandwiches. We received 2 regular roast beef sandwiches, with nothing on them. A curly fry and a medium regular fry. We were too far away to do anything about it, since we had a 3 hour drive back home. And I wasn't the driver. The manager on duty really didn't seem to really know what she was doing, and the cook was trying to help her with getting orders bagged up and out. On the front counter and drive thru.

A bit small very limited seating as it's in where they had a travel shop that's closed. Arby's is in the back of the building.Food and service are great just wish for a better location and more indoor seating.

Parking: Lot needs paved as it's a paved gravel mixed with lots of bumps especially in the unpaved rocky area.

Unbelievable. So I was just there to pick up food and i was sitting in the drive thru window after i told the blonde girl over the speakerphone i was there to pick up food. She literally looked at me and walked away. I drove around and came inside and asked why is she refusing to hand the food when she clearly seen me sitting in drive-thru and turned around and walked away. I was only customer in the entire building. She responded the you HAVE to come inside in a loud rude tone. Im like wheres your manager shes like he’s counting money. Im like may i speak to him. She said no hes counting money. The manager came over i asked him what is the problem with handing the food to me thru the window there is no customers here except me? Hes like thats the rules. He was very rude VERY IMMATURE acting like a highschool boy bantering back and forth. No professionalism then i tried telling him my customer has said he has had multiple issues with this arbys before and alway try to call the store but no one ever answers. But the manager kept talking over me while i was trying to talk. Idk whats going on with this place but there’s definitely a reason why i was the only person in this store. I told him i feel very uncomfortable very unsafe being here. The manager refused to give me his name. Hes old guy with glasses and grey hair

Not very happy, took over 15 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches, a curly fry that I never get but wasn't asked, the fries were cold. So much for fast food, disappointed ????

After waiting the usual amount of time for our food at the window, Kim opened the window looking defeated. She informed us that there were problems with the register working properly. She told us our food was being compensated, with only the wish that we pay it forward in the near future. The food was great and as ordered.

Waited forever to order. Noone in the drive through but they made us wait to order. Asked for two Mac and cheese bowls, only got one. Ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites, did not get marinara or bronco sauce. Had to pull forward to wait for them to bring the order out even though there was Noone behind us. Fries were cold. Fish sandwich was also cold. We spent $27 and got terrible service and missed items. Would not recommend coming here

They forgot one of my sandwiches, which I didn't realize until I got back to my hotel. When I went back to get my food they did give me a coupon for a sandwich the next time I came back. My existing food was now cold and the offer to recook my cold food wasn't an option. "Here's a coupon for next time, enjoy your cold food." Terrible customer service!

Take some notes from the Reedsburg location. They are cleaner, don’t take 20 minutes, and their food actually tastes good. Such a disappointment

Friendly service, with only one time when I was rudely laughed at drive up window. Very disturbing behavior. One of the staff loudly burped in my face, then laughed about it. Sorry, I just don't get the joke.

Ran out of cooked roast beef was told after I paid. However staff was super apologetic and when food was ready was best Arby's I've ever eaten.
