A&W All American Food

Slow. But it was good.

One of our favorite A&W's. The times we've been here, the food was cooked fresh- still steaming from the fryers. A&W has really good cheese curds too!

We waited more than 20 minutes for our food. The bathrooms were missing doors, the sink was covered in ketchup, and was overall one of the filthiest bathrooms I've used. The burgers were fine, exactly what you'd expect. We had onion rings and cheese curds. Almost felt a need to dry them of the grease before we ate them. The biggest disappointment was the fact that they didn't have the original on tap root beer. It was just out of a soda dispenser with too much carbonation. Overall, would not come back to this location.

Sat in drive-thru forever waiting for our food. Went inside and people were waiting there too. It appears they were terribly understaffed. Needless to say we asked for our money back and went to another more well established restaurant. 3 other customers left at the same time as we did with empty bellies as well. Tourist season is starting, l certainly hope they fix their issues before they lose out on a lot of business.

Service was very bad. Ordered from both a&w and rocky's. Didn't get a cup or silverware with my order from rocky's waited over thirty minutes for a&w. Got our money back for the food that took 39 minutes to come out. And only came out after we got a refund. Please keep in mind this wouldn't have been an issue had they been busy. However, the place was not busy to the point where I should be waiting that long

A& W Root Beer - Friendly service & the cheese curds were good. Our two coney dogs were wrapped in a layer of leather, they were disgusting! This was also a Rocky Rococo Restaurant, the food was terrible. In case you can't tell the picture is of breadsticks. Threw most of the food away. We don't reccomend either restaurant

If giving a restaurant a half star was possible that's all this location would receive. We waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken and I was told I would have to wait almost an hour for a slice of pizza. Then we waited almost 45 minutes for our order and the first time they brought it to the table, we were missing half the order. I go up to the counter with receipt in hand and the female said she would fix the order. The little boy comes back to the table with part of the missing order. By the time we received all of our food, half of the order was cold. Over a hour and a half for our complete order. A waste of time and $50 for a family of five.

Waited 15 min at the drive through. staff was rude and customer service was non existent. I believe also the manager was helping and just as rude and non customer service oriented as the staff!

Great food good price definitely a come back here if I go on vacation in the area again. Very nice little area clean store nice staff.

Service sucked, food was cold, my daughter's order was wrong,she ordered extra pickles nothing else and they gave her everything with no pickles, the only 2 people behind the counter had the personality of a flea.. The only reason I gave it a 1 was because the rootbeer float was good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Drove away from the Tomah A&W because waiting 25 minutes for a soda and an ice cream cone is ludicrous. Actually walked into this one to leave nothing to chance, figuring that it would surely be faster that way. Nope. Apparently it's a feature of being an A&W to completely drop the ball on speed. Did I mention there are 8 people working? I've had full restaurant service happen faster than this.

Very clean restaurant, great service, and fantastic food. Would highly recommend. Looks like the restaurant was recently renovated as well which is an added plus.

DO NOT GO HERE. This location has horrible service. My family and I went to get dinner from this location a couple of nights ago and had a horrendous time. There was one man who was waiting over an hour for a pizza whom was handed the bread sticks we ordered. He returned the bread sticks to the counter and I watched the worker put them back on the warmer instead of throwing them away while I was waiting for my chocolate milkshake. The worker let the bread sticks sit there after she had repeatedly come by our table and told us it would just be a few more minutes for the bread sticks. We waited half an hour and then she brought us the ones off of the warmer. They made my sisters smoothie as a shake and were very horribly understaffed. My fries were cold and one of them smelled like actual p**** I had to stop eating after that and I nearly threw up. DO NOT GO HERE. If you're looking for good american style food go to hotdog avenue across the street from noah's ark. We went there the next day for dinner and everything was incredible.

The lady at the drive thru is always very nice and friendly. One day i got my wife and daughter food before i went to work. On my way to work my wife called and told me her meal was messed up. I called a&w and they delivered my wife the correct meal later (we only have one car and i was at work until 1130.) Beyond exceptional customer service.

We saw their coupon in the brochures at our hotel at Mount Olympus. We ordered at 9pm not knowing that's when they closed (never told us). We ordered $32 worth of food. The person on the phone mentioned an hour and a half wait, which we were craving a burger and saw they only charged $2 for delivery. We waited that hour and a half and received our food around that time. The bad part is that the drinks tasted like they had closed the fountain drink machine and used it for our order anyway (tasted like really bad water with minimal pop-taste). Our fries must have been gathered when we called because they taste like an hour and a half fries (dry and not appealing). The burger was good but i would have preferred if they had not taken our order because it was just poor quality.
