B-LUX GRILL & BAR

We decided to stop in to get lunch with my 75+ year-old grandma and some family on a vacation. She has several allergies and can only mainly have chicken tenders. Pretty much what she prefers going to restaurants me and my girlfriend went here last night to order some food. We ended up ordering chicken tenders and an amazing drink drinks. It was wonderful. We got served by an amazing server. But this time we went some check with an accent decided to fight with my 75+ year-old grandma And tell her that she needs to be a child to be able to order the chicken tenders considering that’s where they were on the kids menu But this chick with the fake accent decided to fight with my grandma and tell her that she is not allowed to get chicken tenders because she is not old enough So instead of giving service to five people and allowing my grandma to get chicken tenders, she ended up losing all of her customers and deciding to say no you guys can just leave terrible service will not be coming back. Worst place I’ve ever been to. I definitely regret saying this place was good. She literally just wanted us to spend more money buying an appetizer of chicken tenders instead of allowing my grandma to just get one order terrible terrible place

Our experience at B-lux was fantastic. Our server, Vickey, went above and beyond to make things extra special for our family. 10/10 would recommend.

Our waitress Yekta wasn’t a good waitress at all but I always leave a tip, then to find out on my bank statement he over charged my debit card. Go to restaurant to speak to manager get a run around and have to wait until general manager come in. Now mind you I live 3 1/2 hours away and was just visiting Fast foward we go back after we got told the general manager would be there and wasn’t to get a run around from the hostess, manager wouldn’t come talk to us wouldn’t show us the credit card receipt we signed with our actual tip on it. Just brought the money that was over charged to the counter and walked away

Waited for 15 minutes for a server and left mind you the people behind me sat after us got there drinks right away!!

Great place, I had the B lux cheese burger and fries. Then followed that up with a donut shake. Food, staff and atmosphere is the best.

Terrible service. Slow service with almost nobody in there. Some of the order was wrong when it arrived. Bill was wrong. Food was edible but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend.

Clean restaurant, party of 11 all got served at the same time, good food. Nice place to visit with each other.

This place can get busy quickly, so plan a little extra time for meal and service. Very kid friendly environment that’s still great for adults. Perfect for a nice pour after a long water park day. They specialize in burgers and do it right.

Just left there and won’t be back. Burgers are not as advertised. They use to be thick patties. Now they are thin and they double them up to compensate. They are rancid smelling and have a weird taste. Not fresh by any means. I have been there every year prior to today and it was always quality. This was same quality as McDonald’s burger meat. I didn’t bother to complain I was so sick from the smell of it. Waitress saw I didn’t hardly touch my food and did not even ask if there was something wrong.

Brought my family here on our vacation. Took quite some time for our waitress to show up. She was very nice but not very attentive. I had to find her three separate times. Four meals with drinks and two shakes cost $120

Wheelchair accessibility: We were seated in an upper section and it was easy enough to push the stroller up the ramp and around.

B Lux was great - they had gluten free and vegetarian options for my mom’s restricted diet (not many places do in this area). Mashed potatoes with salmon was a little random and overall dry, but not bad by any means. We enjoyed the service and drinks here.
