Slow day-5 tables of customers with three servers walking around, but we still waited 15 minutes to have our server come to the table since we were sat. No apology for the wait, just asked how we are- not the best start.The server didn’t write down anything we ordered as we made adjustments to our food as well.. Everything came out fast and correct. Props to Nicoll, we were surprised.We are assuming Nicoll was not intentionally our server as there was another waiter that did every single other table by us, just didn’t serve us. He saw us waiting and never came by us even though the other tables were next to us that he was serving. Super disappointing & not the best look. During our time here, no tables were cleaned as there were 5 tables dirty the entire time, it is not busy and not sure why they would just leave the dirty stuff around on tables.

The service was great. The fish tacos were just ok - the toppings were good but the fish lacked seasoning. The Chili Tatchos were smothered well with chili and cheese and sour cream. The shrimp salad had good flavor. Glazed BBQ chicken was cooked well and came with a giant bowl of BBQ sauce. We didn’t get the shakes but they looked good ha!

Went here because it was a family friendly place. We had 6 adults and 3 young kids. We got a drink at the bar while we waited for a table which only took about 20 minutes. The bartender recommended the steak sandwich. I got it and loved it. Everyone loved their meal though. We also got an appetizer with fries cheese curds pulled pork gravy and an over easy egg on top. Everyone loved that too. Our waiter Brock was the best too. He didn’t write anything down and the only mistake that was made was from the kitchen. It was an easy fix though. I wish all restaurants had wait staff like him. We will likely go back to this restaurant any time we are in the dells.

Went around 530 tonight. Was seated immediately. Oreo shake looked and tasted amazing! Chicken wings were OK. My bill came to $32.93. It stated there was a $.90 credit card charge. I told my waitress I would be paying with cash and asked if that charge would be omitted. She said yes. I handed her two $20s. She never brought my change back. She gave herself a 25% tip. I waited 10 minutes for her to return with my change. In the meantime, a little boy vomited on the floor. I didn't see my waitress at all after she took my $ and had to leave as watching them clean up vomit was making me ill.

They charge $.90 to use credit card and I paid cash. I asked her if that charge would be taken off. She said yes in broken English. Walked away with my $40 and didn't come back… Never to be seen again…And a little boy puked all over the floor two tables over?? all for parmesan wings and oreo shake

Server took over 15 min to get me a refill on my drink. Had to ask bartender to refill it. Came in lunch time. I'd say there was about 25 guests. Not busy at all.Other than that food is amazing. Had the cheese head burger. No complaints.

My family and I ordered for delivery, I put in my card information and left a tip, the delivery driver showed up and said that I hadn’t paid yet… I did not a get a confirmation email so I had NO proof and nothing had shown up on my bank statement yet and couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant, so I paid in cash thinking there was a problem on their end.. The next day IT CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ??♀️ I thought I could fix it and called the restaurant and they told me they would send the problem to their manager and get back to me, 2 days later I hadn’t heard from anyone and still haven’t gotten my money back.. so I called AGAIN, well this time they were having computer issues and would call me back when it was working.. never got a call back, still no money refunded.. I will now be making yet A THIRD PHONE CALL. Oh and I have asked to speak to a manager and they ask me why, I explain and then I STILL can’t speak to a manager. I lost $260 to this place and no one seems to be actually helping me.
