Super rushed and didn't have most of what was advertised. Server also kept making noises of displeasure whenever we'd ask for something and then would try ordering something else when we were told something was all gone.
I'd definitely reccomend going to the one by kalahari
It was so good and the service was amazing. Not to mention the donuts tasted amazing. Would.go back

Went through the Drive-thru.. Picture of what I ordered. The 'Reese's peanut butter cup' tastes like an imitation. I think there's heath bar pieces too? No fudge, no peanut butter sauce, no layers! I shouldn't have to tell an employee how to make it. Poor employee training. Very disappointed, especially after not having BR in years. I should've known when I saw the regular small cup. Never again.

We recently visited Baskin-Robbins as a family of four, and it was a great experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and personable, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Amazing customer service.

Came in with a family of 4 and 2 of the 4 flavors we wanted they didn't have, the containers were still in there but empty. We stood there for probably 3-4 min( grand scheme of life, not long, but long enough to question if we were standing in the right spot to be helped or not and thought about leaving). It is the middle of August during peak tourist season, how do you run out of ice cream.
