The server was incredibly nice, the food was delicious and it was a wonderful trip down memory lane. I'm so glad the Dells has a Big Boy now!
You have to try this place I never been here before and food is amazing and the very clean place they even move out table after poeple eat at a table and clean everything down even the ketchup, salt and pepper shaker this place is a hidden gem is Wis Dells. I would recommend this place.
This visit our breakfast food was not good...my bacon was black ot was so overcooked....eggs were supposed to be over medium also too done...just not a good experience .... will return for a lunch sometime
Such a cool place.
7/16 was our visit & the had issues with the Stary & lemonade tasting like straight water, but food was very delicious!
My daughters and I stopped here on the last day of our trip and this ended up being the worst place we had during our visit to the dells.
The bathrooms smelled like a porta potty and the food was almost inedible!
The cheese curds were weird and seemed like fake cheese, buns on the burgers were burned, lettuce was mushy and the fries seemed like frozen fries with no seasoning.
Very disappointing… we wished we just went to Culver’s where the food would have been good for half the cost!
Fun, nostalgic and tasty food! The staff was very nice. The service was fast and efficient. Can’t wait to go back on our next trip!
My wife and I went there for lunch, ordered spaghetti, with marinara and a big boy wrap. We'll the spaghetti had a small amount of sauce on the pasta but needed more. The big boy wrap was nothing but un seasoned chopped hamburger with lettuce and a splash of Thousand Island dressing. The fries that came with the meal were the bottom of the bag small pieces. No one came to as how our meal was, if we needed anything else. We finished our food which was mediocre at best, and when done, we had to wave to the server just to get the check. I told the guy that there were issues with our meals, and he said there was nothing he could do. So I said send over the manager, he told me he was the manager, and walked away. I put the money on the table, and we left. We will never go back. There is way better elsewhere, do take a chance.
Fast service, good food, friendly Staff, can’t complain
This was a cool place! Love the decor! All employees were very friendly!
Restaurantji Recommends
It was like step back into my childhood when Big Boy restaurants were still a thing. The food was delicious and at an affordable price. They make their own wine and delicious bloody Mary's with wine instead of vodka. The service was excellent and polite. The atmosphere was nostalgic and inviting. Definitely recommend
First time at big boys and it was so lovely!
This was an awesome experience. I grew up with Big Boys and I hadn't been to one since 1983. This was a nostalgic dinner for me. Just as good as I remember if not better!
First time at a Big Boy. Our California neighbors raved about Big Boy and would go often despite the 90 minute drive.
While this isn’t the SoCal Big Boy it’s a fantastically fun experience. Great atmosphere and food.
Highly recommend for family fun and good American food
Best experience in the Dells area. Best friendly stuff. I tried Fish and Chips it was great, my husband had Chicken Tender and Fries they were great! I will definitely come back if I come back to the Dells area!
