In my travels I have been to a burger king in many states. I've seen some pretty run down establishments. This place was not one of them. Clean dining and bathroom. Smiling staff, and of course my favorite the big oooo whopper. Love it. Wish they would bring back the bk broiler thought it was the shizz too.
The Dells Burger King has really stepped up their operation. It never seems to fail that the fast food places in this town mess up orders or forget items ordered. The past year, BK has not forgotten parts of our order and the food has been hot. Also the fries have not been way oversalted which was an issue before. The order takers are pleasant and efficient. We always do drive through. Way better than any of the other drive throughs. Food tastes fresh and hot.
Still good burgers ? and not outrageously priced. We will see you soon.

As a rule, I try not to leave a negative review. But I feel it is important. I hadn't eaten since breakfast. After BK, I didnt eat again until Tues morn, so there was no other foods in question.On the afternoon of Monday Feb 5 we did a drive through. I ordered whopper Jr. It was barely warm, but i was hungry. Tues morning I was sick, I am sure food poison. So, from anywhere, if your food isn't HOT or freshly made, send it back.

My husband and I were driving through on a road trip and stopped to grab a quick bite and there were only two employees working and they were absolutely crushing it! Super friendly service, the place was spotless and they were cranking out orders like crazy. It was such an unexpected dose of joy and those workers deserve a raise. Holy cabooses!

Last night my husband ordered a Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich to-go for me. He asked for NO mayonnaise as I am allergic to it. The female staff person told him there is no mayonnaise on that sandwich. Either she needs to learn the menu or type NO mayonnaise so she doesn't send a customer to the ER.Sadly, I had no dinner but thankfully, I had my epi-pen with me.
