I went there with my wife and child to have a late night bowl. I was waiting in line just to get ignored after I went around the bar to ask if any would help us to get our shoes and lane. Another group of 3 people showed up and quickly got attended. Extremely upsetting after hearing great things. Never will I come near this strip again after that. If you want to be ignored and not attend come here.

The bowling lanes were nice, but the music was extremely vulgar and the service was poor. Towards the end of our game my group wanted to extend our time so we could bowl for a bit longer. However, they told us we couldnât because they decided they were going to close early, this was at 10:30pm when they close at 12am. This was really disappointing as my party wouldâve come in sooner had we known they were not going to be open for the time shown online. I donât think we will be coming back when there are other bowling alleys that are just as nice if not better.

Was just trying to get some drinks at the bar , bartenders kept looking past me, clearly could see I wanted to a get a drink, (not to mention there was other people there and they would ask if they were good or if they need another drink but for some reason I was getting ignored, called one over asked for 2 shots , immediately closes my tab ?? Like why not ask if I want an open or closed tab ?? It was already a hassle trying to call them over. There was 4 bartenders basically just standing around, 2 of them taking shots well on the job??? Definitely didnât leave a tip horrible service.

We went to Chalet Lanes & Lounge in Wisconsin Dells hoping to have a fun time with the family, but unfortunately, the experience was just average. We had a discount that they refused to apply, even after we showed it. The service wasnât very goodâstaff were not very friendly and didnât seem willing to help.
During the game, some turns were skipped automatically because a few of the balls the kids threw got stuck in the gutter and didnât come back into the play area, which disrupted the game several times.
The facilities are basic and nothing specialânot particularly comfortable or inviting.
Overall, I wouldnât really recommend it. There are better options if youâre looking to enjoy a good bowling experience with family or friends.

Friends and I went for karaoke night (as tourists) and it was alright. The food isnât worth it. I canât speak to bowling since we just stayed in the bar area. With karaoke, it was mainly tourists doing it (including my friends and I), while we had a good time, we wished more people joined in.
