Was passed up for service by the young man working three times before a young lady came from the back to help me. I was standing at the counter but he purposefully took costumers walking in afterwards. And two that came in to purchase stuff out the freezer.

To the young lady that helped thank you so much. You are the reason for the 5 stars

It was pretty good, I got the chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips added.

Really good ice cream, but the service was definitely the best part. Those 2 blond girls were amazing

Walked in 20 minutes before close tonight with a pretty sizable group, and the two workers that were there were super kind and helpful. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and they were super efficient. Super good sports about us coming in so late. Didn't get their names, but they were pretty awesome😁

Dont come here unless you want your order messed up couldnt even add the toppings i wanted was just handed ice cream

We love Coldstone back home. This one was a bit disappointing as we only received minimal candies. We understand the price of things going up, but so did the cost of our ice cream that used to be over $4 less.

Best service I’ve had at cold stone ever!!! I’ve been to 3 different locations over the past 3 months and this one killed it!!! No hesitation when we ordered our 6 “like it’s” from the time we ordered till we paid was roughly 5 min. The store was jam packed with people at tables and a line out the door. The two employees had a great attitude and awesome personality! Because of the great service they provided I gave them a $15 tip. The look on the man’s face was greatly appreciated! I wanted him to know how much we appreciated their two efforts in making our dishes!

Kid-friendliness: Servers were more than welcome to let our kids(4) try what ever flavor they wanted with the best attitude/kindness and a line out the door.

"We stopped at Lake Delton Cold Stone Creamery after dinner tonight and were blown away! Despite a line of 20 people, the sole worker was a total rockstar! He remained calm, cool, and collected, taking everyone's ice cream orders with a smile and a can-do attitude. Talk about a superstar! He deserves a raise and promotion!

BEST EXPERIENCE! Our server, Anna, was incredible! She knew her stuff and was kind, fast, and had fun with our crazy group! I would be VERY proud to have this young lady as a face to my business - a job extremely well done!

The place was jam-packed, the line was almost out the door but the line was moving fast, people were just pouring in. Those ladies were working so hard and efficiently to get everyone taken care of. I thought the line would be moving slow and the 30min wait would be minimum but I was wrong. In less than 15min. we were out the door. Kudos to all the workers! The ice cream was Cold Stone good!
