Best service I’ve had at cold stone ever!!! I’ve been to 3 different locations over the past 3 months and this one killed it!!! No hesitation when we ordered our 6 “like it’s” from the time we ordered till we paid was roughly 5 min. The store was jam packed with people at tables and a line out the door. The two employees had a great attitude and awesome personality! Because of the great service they provided I gave them a $15 tip. The look on the man’s face was greatly appreciated! I wanted him to know how much we appreciated their two efforts in making our dishes!Kid-friendliness: Servers were more than welcome to let our kids(4) try what ever flavor they wanted with the best attitude/kindness and a line out the door.

"We stopped at Lake Delton Cold Stone Creamery after dinner tonight and were blown away! Despite a line of 20 people, the sole worker was a total rockstar! He remained calm, cool, and collected, taking everyone's ice cream orders with a smile and a can-do attitude. Talk about a superstar! He deserves a raise and promotion!

Daughter and I stopped by this location for ice cream on a Saturday night. Storefront is one of several in a strip mall along one of the main highways passing through the Dells. Interior was busy, which should have been less of a surprise considering the lack of available parking spaces. Several people were seated at various tables within the building, and there was a large group milling around the pick-up area. While there was a significant line of people waiting to place and/or pick-up orders, the two gentlemen on staff did well at keeping things moving. Good variety of ice cream flavors available, and they had plenty of mix-in options as well. Due to the noisy group of people hanging out next to the counter, the staff misheard our order. However, they were very apologetic and quick to correct the mistake. Ice cream was good, but I’m not sure if it was necessarily worth over $10 per person good.

If you are ready to wait about 30 min in line and seeing only 1 person actually working as the other 3 are talking about their dates, this is the right place to go. Be ready for the best service ever as they take their sweet time to get to you. The one girl would rather talk about her boyfriend being in front of us instead of asking us what we would like. The other look at her to hurry her up and she just said “I’m getting there”… about a couple of minutes later she finally took our order. 08/26/2023 8:30 pm.

The place was jam-packed, the line was almost out the door but the line was moving fast, people were just pouring in. Those ladies were working so hard and efficiently to get everyone taken care of. I thought the line would be moving slow and the 30min wait would be minimum but I was wrong. In less than 15min. we were out the door. Kudos to all the workers! The ice cream was Cold Stone good!

BIGGEST SHOUTOUT to the young lady with brown hair that was working tonight at the Dells location. When I asked her about the cotton candy ice cream she gave me a sample, and I said "ok I'll have that in a love it. Do whatever you want with it. No limits." This adorable girl smiled so big, literally clapped and jumped up and down, so excited to throw in whatever she wanted. She handed it to me and said "that's literally the most fun I've had making icecream." It made my whole day. Whoever you are, I hope you see this. You are wonderful. OH, and your ice cream creation was amazing! Also, I've called and informed your store manager of your job well done too.:)

They had an all pink Barbie ice cream. I usually don't like sprinkles but they truly added to the cotton candy flavor. Which I also don't normally get. I shared a got to have it with two other people and they all agreed the consistency was perfect, almost gooey.

This place is fantastic! My girlfriend is a true ice cream fanatic and she absolutely loves it here. She's even willing to drive 30 minutes just to get her fix on a regular basis. The ice cream is so delicious that she's been known to make a meal out of it! Highly recommend checking this place out if you're a fan of creamy, flavorful ice cream.

Josue was fantastic!! The line was non-stop to the front door. He was so pleasant, never batted an eye at the line, and thanked us for coming and to have a good evening. Top notch service!! Felt bad he was working alone. But he did it flawlessly!! Great job!!

Was in a day with trainees, they were fantastic. The managers are horrible and shouldn’t be the ones in charge. Talking down to your employees does not make for a pleasant experience for customers.
