Just ordered from here. We are visiting from out of town. Got back to our hotel and realized they forgot our cheese curds and one of the kids meals.

Saturday 3:20pm Worst person in charge ever. The guy instead say sorry he get mad for something they do wrong for the third time in the same restaurant and the firts two time were delivery orders. That means that i lost my money. Train your people better so that way you wont get mad in the future.

Best burgers around and love the friendliness of the staff.
They seem to have a very difficult time not putting cheese on a hamburger I literally asked for no cheese How hard is it to not add cheeks?

I ordered a Culver's bacon deluxe burger and it did not disappoint. It was so scrumptious and was quite a good burger. This one worker I wish I knew his name. He was so friendly and was a delight. He was cleaning a table next to ours and he gave me a free scoopie token he found. 7 stars for him.
I am a huge fan of Culver’s in general but the downtown Dells Culver’s is so amazing! My family and I eat here often during lunch and late night “ I don’t wanna cook” dinners. The staff here is amazing. We enjoy seeing the manager William and he always takes a second to come say hello!
While talking to the manager we found out that the owners have an incentive for the employees… if customers complete the survey at the bottom of the receipt and mention the employee who did an exceptional job, that employee gets $10 bonus paid by the owner FOR EACH REVIEW! This is amazing and I think everyone (including me) needs to take more time to complete the surveys and thank the ones serving us!

This Culver's is terribly slow. 20 minutes after they took my order of tenders and onion rings and still no food. Plus their prices at this store are above all other Culver's and the food is the same.
