“I highly recommend Sandy Kakes! Her cakes and desserts are the best I’ve ever had anywhere. She created our fall wedding cake as well as two cheesecakes. The wedding cake looked exactly as I wanted, decorated phenomenally with a different flavor in each tier. We had several compliments. Very professional and great service as well. “I ordered my ice cream cake on a Thursday for pick up on saturday, I arrived to pick up at 1145am and found out that ot was not done, the manager came out and said that the order did not print on friday because there services were down and said she can have my cake done in an hour. Fast forward an hour they were just finishing up the cake when the same manager came out and said the cake had collapsed on itself for not being frozen enough. She than offered to remake the cake, grab a bigger cake from the freezer aor give me a full refund. I asked for her to make it again and she asked what time I would like it by and I told her 5pm. She even offered to deliver the cake herself so I didn't have to come back out to get it and leave my resort. I got my cake at 430 and I got a hand written apology and she gave us some cupcakes as well. I understand things happen and the manager handled the situation perfectly. Thank you so much for your kind and friendly service. Will definitely be back in the future.“
