The Del-Bar

First time here and it was all around spectacular. We are going to make it a yearly thing. What a treat!

This was our third time eating at DelBar in the last few years and it will be our last. The prices are simply off the charts too high for the quality of food that we received. Another pricing challenge for the establishment is the "add-on" costs for any changes to the menu items. The food itself is very good but so is the food at a variety of local competitors for at least one third less cost.

Service and dining experience was excellent. Especially enjoyed the Whistle Pig Manhattan.

Alexander was attentive, provided great recommendations, and ensured we enjoyed everything from the escargot to the espresso martinis, dinner and dessert! The scallops were heaven!!

We had Shawn and Elena as our servers and they were amazing! The entire experience was amazing and the next time I'm in the dells, we'll definitely be going back.

We love the Del Bar. We love all the new additions they added on. From the moment we sat at the bar and had some pre dinner cocktails all the way through dinner and dessert. Everything was amazing! We can't wait to go back.

My part was seated right away for our reservation time. The service was outstanding! The food was delicious! It was my birthday so I received a small birthday dessert, just right to share a bite after the meal. We were all full! This is our favorite restaurant to eat at because the atmosphere is great, the food is amazing and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!!

I've been on a hunt for a good restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, and I finally found the one! Beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright style building with cool decor to match; exceptional, personalized service; varied food and drink menu; and delectable cuisine. Upscale but not stuffy, well-priced but not over-priced, and overall a wonderful experience for a date night.

We ate here before the Chris Young show in the middle of that dang snowstorm. It was our first time! From the minute we walked in and were greeted by the host staff and welcomed by our server at the bar, we already felt like we were being treated like royalty. You feel so welcomed, immediately. After a cocktail, our hostess came and found us for our reservation and we were seated at a cute window seat, overlooking the Christmas lights. Our server, Alex, was OUTSTANDING. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed his company and his conversation. We were, again, treated like royalty. 1 billion out of 10 for all of the front of house staff...especially Alex. At this point, if the food was terrible I wouldn't have even cared. But. It. Wasn't. Calamari 10/10 (light batter and melts in your mouth), my Ceasar Salad 10/10 (the dressing was light and flavorful and I almost asked for a bowl of the croutons) I ordered a NY Strip medium rare, baked potato, mushrooms 10/10 (cooked and seasoned to perfection, at this point Ive eaten so much food I think I'm going to die, but I couldn't stop), my friend had the Queens Cut Prime Rib, baked potato, and asparagus 10/10 (again, cooked to perfection, super flavorful, and the asparagus was huge and delicious). Alex asks if we want dessert and I said I literally can't breathe. ...He came back with a chocolate mousse anyways...how he knew my weakness, I'll never know. So, go for the food and the staff. These folks are doing it so right. We can't wait to go back!!!!

We love this restaurant so much and make it a point to come here every time we visit. Service, food and ambience is impeccable. Highly recommend. Can't wait to be back next time!

This is the cutest, coolest spot ever. I love the MCM vibe. The food was amazing. The boneless ribeye was one of the best steaks ever. The server did forget to put in half the tables food, so that sucked but the food was great.

Since the renovations were made it feels like there is much more space for park, to move within the restaurant. The oysters were fresh and the the hot spinach salad was perfect. The prime rib I had was beautiful, could almost use just the fork. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Del Bar and can't wait until we go back!

Steaks were outstanding and done perfectly as requested. Server was knowledgeable and helped with wine selection.

We ate at Del Bar for our second time in about 3 years as a family! It was excellent both times and our server Bianca was awesome 5*! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal! Also it’s newly remodeled and looks great! We will def be back!
