Pretty cool idea. Basically a subway, but for pizzas. As in, you make your own pizza just as you would a sub at subway. Pretty good pizzas too.

Love the experience of creating individually, with Fresh toppings, some unique, some traditional all delicious for pizza, pasta, salad, dessert.....So much, and so ready to fire 🔥 It tasted sooo good!
Kid-friendliness: Staff interacted with younger diners, one played catch for a moment with a little guy. They helped with high chairs for the family next to us.

The app didn't work, so we tried calling our order in. They said they could not take phone orders. So we tried again on the app and after about 10 more tries, our order finally went through. We went in to pick up our order and the inside was a nice little setup and clean. HOWEVER- the pizza was AWFUL! Very thin crust, barely any sauce and although it was not burnt, you could not bite through the crust. The cheesy bread sticks were even worse. It is seriously the worst pizza I have ever had. The price would have been good if you could actually eat it. We were very disappointed.

Dietary restrictions: if your only eating salad they have a salad bar for you
Kid-friendliness: There are smaller options for kids and the pizzas are small so anyone can finish them
For a franchise I think they are quite good, but compared to other gourmet pizzas they are only what is expected, the portions are about as big as one person, but they are quite filling, they are not cheap but their genius is that you can combine them in your own way. although to be honest I would prefer that they already have their own mixes. It is not a place to go more than once, only if you want to kill your hunger.

(Updated since response received) This pizza took over an hour to arrive (doordash) and when it finally did, it looked like those old-school Totino's pizzas – you know, the trash-tier ones you could get 10 for $10. Half plastic, limp, flavorless – just barely food, purely for survival. We ordered two pizzas, they only offer one size and they are small for sure. Thank god these were for kids because they don’t know what real pizza is supposed to taste like. Honestly, this was one of the most overpriced, disappointing meals I’ve had in a long time. This place somehow makes Pizza Hut feel like a Michelin-starred experience. Avoid at all cost.
