Super disappointed with my visit on April 7th! Do not recommend. Staff was not welcoming at all, the atmosphere felt awkward and judgmental. Our server was not very nice and passive agressive. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed because we said we’d need separate checks prior to even ordering. The food didn’t take too long to be brought out, but our server ended up dropping ALL of our plates on the floor and didn’t even apologize to us. We had to wait for our food again, and it only took 5 minutes, which was suspiciously low. One of us ordered a medium well steak, so do the math. Our eggs and ham were under undercooked, the steak was disgusting, Hashbrowns were cold and undercooked. My pancakes were nothing compared to the picture and were dry & weren’t even warm. Out of all 4 of us dining in all 4 of our plates were barely even decent. Super upsetting because after dropping all of our food and never apologizing, we of course weren’t even offered a discount or anything. I regret not having said something about the terrible service and food. We spent over $100 just to get disgusting food :(

I was going to dine in, a customer had walked out of the store and I walked in and hear a woman employee yell in frustration “How’d they get in!?” I immediately left after that.This was 2 hours before their closing time. They locked the doors 2 hours before close even though they had a flashing open sign and people dining in. As someone who works in food service this was totally unprofessional and RUDE

Overall this Dennys has very great service even while being packed they serviced everyone that came in quickly and professional and our waitress was amazing very attentive and on point the cooks however could do better we had a party of 5 half of our we Lukewarm not hot at all I always get Denny burgers but I was not pleased with the cook who prepared my party food it had good flavor but it was over cooked and not hot. But overall great dinning experience, just ask for your burger to be hot and medium well

Waitress was in such a hurry the moment we got to our table she ask if we were ready to order. I asked for a few minutes, she went to other table and literally came back and said you ready I asked for more tine and she kind of got upset. We asked for drinks and finally ordered food, food came out and that was the last time I saw our waitress. She finally showed up whit bill and asked if I wanted more coffee to go, in my mind …. I said I could have used some coffee 10 minutes ago. So, after this first time coming to this place I’ll make sure is the last.
Very clean. Customer service was excellent. I am a travel worker and I've been to many Denny's in different states and cities. I can say that this particular Denny's is the best. Employees are nice and the food tastes like home cooked. This is my 3rd time here and I ordered different food every time and i can say no disappointments. They cook the veggies and meats perfectly. I will come back here when I visit Wisconsin Dells again.
